Springflex: Build Muscles While Using the Computer
Are you spending too much time on the Internet reading blogs about crazy fitness gadgets?
Remedy: Get the Springflex UB and workout those arms and shoulders while staring at the screen.

Note: This is not conventional office attire...
What if you could get a workout when you are just sitting at your desk? Easily attach the SpringFlex to your desk, door or a similar surface. The SprigFlex lets you do over 120 exercises virtually anywhere at anytime.
Here's an idea: Imagine if the Springflex could be used to operate the computer (like a mouse) - that would take RSI to a whole new level.

and here I thought I was the only one who went shirtless while on the computer...although that habbit has gotten me kicked out of a few Coffee shops....
ReplyWow this is stupid. How do you do squats or deadlifts on this thing? Is this just an ad?
ReplyYou gotta love how the ad implies that a machine geared towards upper body training is revolutionary! It's also funny how they tell us that the upper body is what makes us appear beautiful. Take a close look at the dude at the computer. Look at how disproportionate his legs are compared with his very muscular upper body.
ReplyJust noticed the disclaimer under the picture... nice touch! Maybe it was casual Friday?
ReplyI think he got fired the next day.
'John, we did tell you about wearing only boxers to work...'
ReplyHow is it possible to even do those exercises with wheels on your chair?
ReplyThis ad and all of your comments are hilarious. I really got a good laugh.
I'm not sure if this product is very helpful, but I have read that you can burn more calories with a standing desk.
ReplyOMG!
ReplyThat's hilarious! His screen isn't even on too.
ReplyThat's funny...now put your shirt back on.
Only joking! People are getting lazier. We're fitting our schedules and times around the TV and/or the computer. I guess if you're in the office you have no choice.
ReplyTakes multi-tasking to a whole new level.
