Wearable Vending Machine
Forget about walking to a vending machine. You could wear one instead.
Apparently a woman walking alone could elude pursuers by disguising herself as a vending machine.

The Japanese invention could be termed as 'urban camouflage'.
“It is just easier for Japanese to hide,” Ms. Tsukioka said. “Making a scene would be too embarrassing.” She said her vending machine disguise was inspired by a trick used by the ancient ninja, who cloaked themselves in black blankets at night.
What would be really neat is if you could reach round and pull some food out of the fake machine. That would give takeaways a whole new meaning.

ReplyUm, ok. Why is all the weirdest stuff from Japan? They have a really different idea of what is normal, I suppose. Can she even walk wearing that thing? I would think it'd be really heavy.
ReplyIt folds up nicely into a normal long skirt when not in use.
ReplyThe perfect disguise until the first dog wonders by!
ReplySo can't pursuers also wear this and attack people?
Replylol at Ben. Too odd. But it would be a great way to make some extra money selling snacks.
ReplyThat, is hilarious. lol
ReplyIt might actually work very well because there are vending machines everywhere in japan. You can't walk down a street without walking across one of those.
