The Most Disgusting Slushie Flavors Ever!

By Ted

I really can’t believe anyone would find pizza or spaghetti slushies appealing.

Who would want to eat ice cold, liquid spaghetti?

Where can you find these slushies you ask? French Canada, where they are called Sloches. Here’s their tv ad.

That ad is as crazy as the thought of drinking pizza/ spaghetti slushies! I know Quebec is just to the north, but it seems like another planet.

Would you be tempted to try these?

Pizzaghetti (2013)[18] Actual flavor of the “Pizza” half is strawberry, and the “Ghetti” half is kiwi. from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sloche

Oh wow, now you went and ruined all the fun 😉 still really strange nonetheless, why would they call it pizza and flavor it strawberry. I guess I don’t get it.

I just got back into drinking an ICEE every now and then, just for the nostalgia of it. I didn’t grow up with slushies.

I’m surprised I haven’t seen a diet version sweetened with aspertame or something like that. I would get them more often.

I have seen artificially sweetened slushie mixes. They tend to swap the flavors round a lot.

Slurpee (from 7-11) has a sugar free version – with no aspartame. Yum.

Remind me never to go to Quebec. My husband, however, would love these. They do sound absolutely revolting.

Your husband sure sounds like an interesting character 😉 I guess people who are a fan of tomato juice may possibly be more inclined, but not me!

A Virgin Ceasar/Bloody Mary slushie might be a better twist on the traditional sweet slushie/sloches taste (and healthy too!)

That sounds slightly less disgusting, yes 🙂
