3 Popular Drinks with Shocking Sugar Amounts to be Avoided at All Costs

Weight loss rule #1: Don’t Drink Calories

Drinking calories is the quickest way to rack up the calories while adding very little nutrition and sense of satiety.  This is especially true when it comes to these 3 popular beverage abominations.

1. Starbucks Venti White Chocolate Mocha with Whipped Cream

74 grams of sugar, which is the same sugar content as eating 10 servings of Golden Grahams!

2. Burger King Medium Chocolate Milkshake

112 grams of sugar, which is the same amount of sugar in a whole strawberries and cream pie.

3. Starbucks Venti Soy Vanilla Spice Hot Chocolate

80 grams of sugar, which is the same amount of sugar found in 5 Strawberry Pop Tarts.

Is there ever an excuse to drink any of these?

I am totally avoiding total container foods. I am taking Green Coffee, that to with sugar free capsules. Still I didn’t count my sugar intake levels. How to count sugar levels, how many grams of sugar I am gaining by taking Green Coffee? Are there any negative results with low sugars? Please let me know..

Wow, that’s insane. I think I might get around 90 grams of sugar in my diet for the entire DAY, let alone from one beverage. Milkshakes are calorie bombs, anyway–they are basically like drinking slightly melted ice cream.
