Need Some Advice on the Zone Diet

I just recently started the zone diet for about a week now. I have recorded all of my food, time consumptions and my mood. When I first started following it I would get light headed and felt really hungry.

I eat breakfast at 3:30 am and I usually don't eat lunch until ten, so I found I have to have a snack in between. I follow the four block plan because I am a well muscled female.

If anything now at the end of the week I feel frumpy, but if I follow the three block I am hungry all the time.

Will this pass? Plus the snacks are weird, any ideas for snacks?
