I use my Empower Me Photo that constantly reminds me of what I want to look like - it motivates me from over eating and keeps me working out regularly.
ReplyIve been 'in the Zone' for so long (15 years) that no way do I want to go back to how I felt prior to that. This alone is enough to keep me from over indulging. The 100 pounds I lost and have kept off is also a powerful reminder.
ReplyGum! If I'm chewing gum all day, I can't be snacking on all the little sweeties that are strategically placed all around.

I love mints
ReplyI'd always have one of each from a buffet so I won't deprive myself just staying away from carbs and sweets (so I down some juice to make me less hungry before a meal and just to clear my system lots faster) and then sweat it out the next day with exercise, so I won't feel guilty...
ReplyThis may sound too simple - but I just eat less of everything presented - that way I can still enjoy the holidays without feeling guilty.
