In the past 6 months I have lost 60 lbs using a combination of Weight Watchers, exercise, common sense and a ton of willpower. I've fallen off the wagon a few times but have always seemed to find a way to get back on. The past few weeks have been the hardest - I really lost track of my motivation, but I have fully gotten back on the wagon now, and have focused and readjusted my short and long term goals. I started at 410 - am now at 348(ish) and hope to be down to 335 by the end of 2009. Long term goal is to be under 300 for the first time in what seems like forever, and the LOOONG term goal is to be around 240 someday, somehow.
Glad I stumbled on this site. I think it will be a good source of both information and motivation.

It's really great that you always get back on the wagon. I just changed my approach to food on November 1st. Hope I can be successful like you.
