Neurofeedback for Weight Loss

I have struggled with extra weight for about 15 years, and I mean struggled! I tried every diet and they all worked a little - or for a while. Then, guess what, back comes the appetite and the weight!

Then I tried this new thing, and it's not a diet. It's a neurofeedback device I saw on the Dr. Phil show. It's simple and safe - you use it at home without needing a doctor. But, it is the same type of neurofeedback they use in their office. It just uses sound, some kind of pulsed tones to shift brainwave patterns. It's actually very relaxing.

Anyway, the first day I used it, I focused on neutralizing my appetite. I actually forgot to eat lunch! So, I expected to really pig out at dinner. Instead, I actually left food on my plate instead of going back for seconds. This never happens.

Well, I kept using the device - 15 minutes a day at first, then every other day, then every 3 days or so. The results continued. My appetite was about 1/4 of what it usually is. I simply did not feel like eating.

The result: I lost 15 lbs. in 33 days. In the next few months days, I kept losing. A total of 33 pounds in around 3 1/2 months. No special diet, I ate everything. Not much willpower, although I did have to remind myself to eat less, i didn't have the "struggle" that usually happens. The raging drive to eat just wasn't there. It's weird. By the way, I've kept this weight off for over 18 months and just use the BAUD from time to time.

Mine desploded when I read the title, and now I'm off to get more medical advice from Oprah and Co. I'm glad that the exact same testimonial (that's considered scientific evidence, right?) appeared today on about 7 different health blogs to spread the word about the miracle!

I guess I don't understand why mainstream medicine as well as health and fitness experts didn't jump on this sooner; it's been around for so long you'd think that they'd know how well it works by now! I guess they're in the pockets of Big Pharma and Big Fast-Food and so don't want us to know the real truth and keep us sick and unhealthy so they can milk us for our money!

sad thing, though, is that there will be people silly enough (or desperate enough) to buy into this sort of nonsense...

This isn't neurofeedback. Sounds like binaural beats.

So don't get your hopes up...

Bob, I will bet my next paycheck you have a financially vested interest in this product, its maker or one of their subsidiaries or business partners.
