Hi all,
I am on day 3 of the 3 day cardiac Birmingham diet. My starting weight was 154lbs, this morning I weighed and to my surprise I am sitting at 146lbs. That is a total of 8 pounds.
My goal is 130lbs. I have 16 pounds to lose. Also, has anyone tried the Grapefruit diet?

How about you stop hunting for some fancy fad diet and do some research for a change?

Nutshell: long-term studies published earlier this year conclude that for weight loss it doesn't matter what you eat, so long as you restrict calories.
So quit looking for fads, count your calories, and off you go. Call it the "whatever diet" if it makes you feel better, and send me a cheque for $500.
