I am on my 3rd day of this diet. After 11 days it tells you to eat what you want for the next 3 days including ' junk food '.
My question is for those that have tried this diet or are currently on it, don't you gain some or all of the weight you lost? Any time I've lost weight on a diet and then went off it over the weekend, I've always gained some or all of it back..
What happens when you take those 3 " cheat days"...surely you gain, no?
