How to Lose Weight and Keep It Off

It's not as hard as you think to lose weight and keep it off.

First you have to change your mindset, and not think of exercise as a burden. If you say to yourself, "I want to be healthy, have more energy, lose weight, tone up", then you are on the right path.

Incorporate eating 5-6 small meals each day, exercise most days of the week for 45-60 minutes (resistance training, cardio), and you are well on your way to a healthy lifesyle.

Stop making excuses as to why you can't do these things, and just get it done. Start out slow, and build yourself up, in time you will get stronger.

Make one small change daily until you get into the habit.

There's no reason to eat 5 to 6 meals. It doesn't boost the metabolism. That's a myth, and no science supports it.

Indeed many of the most successful body recompositions have been done using Intermittent Fasting in which the individual fasts for 16 to 20 hours and allows for a 4 to 8 hour eating window.

I eat 5 meals a day and I've lost 20 pounds so far. As with everything in dieting and exercising, I think it completely depends on the person. It helps me because I'm a boredom eater. If I'm eating every 2-3 hours then I don't have enough time to get hungry and then eat when I'm bored. But it's also a very controlled amount of food each day. It's also a planned menu, which I love. So I think it depends on the person, their needs and their strengths and weaknesses.

  • I have lost 150 pounds and kept it off 12 years. It's not quite as easy as you make it sound, because making those changes you recommend are harder for some people than for others.

Every person is different in how they best can lose and maintain weight. For some, eating small freuqnet meals works great, but for others it doesn't.

Unfortunately, there is no one formula that works for all. To maintain my weight I eat 3 meals a day, and snacks when I want them. I exercise 30 minutes a day, by walking mostly, and I watch my portions. See? That's different than what works for you!!

You could also try to eat less crabs, that works for a good percentage of people. Just stay away from sweets, rice, potatoes and starchy vegetables. Of course keeping your goal in mind is also very important to overall success.

Its a very good saying that mother is a second name of God and be a mother is also gift of God.And after pregnancy its a challenge for women to lose their weight because it will take around 6 months to lose weight. But by 30 days diet you can lose pregnancy weight easily.
