Try eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Eat every 3 hours.
Drink pleanty of water, eliminate or reduce all junk foods such as sugary snacks, processed foods,salty snacks, and refined carbs.
Workout at least 2-3 times a weeks for at30 minutes a day.
You should begin to lose weight in the first four weeks.
