Hello.
Actually I got a little bit problems with my body. I am 20 years old and am 178 cm, BUT, I am 127 pounds.
I try a lot of things to get fat but it's hard and I can eat too much and I sleep.
Please if anybody able to help me. Just reply to me.
Thank you so much.

Hey Ash-
Thanks for writing. First, Its important to understand that your goal is not to get fat, but to gain weight (muscle mass). To do this you need to eat a healthy diet rich in protein and healthy carbs. You also should be incorperating weight training into your daily fitness routine. You want use a weight that you can lift no more than 10-12 repetitions. There are lots of programs on-line, find the one that's best for your lifestyle. Here's some resources you may want to look at.

Hey Ash,
I've never had your problem (I'm short, female and gain weight far too easily!) but my blogging pal Glen is also trying to gain weight & build muscle. You might find his post over at Dumb Little Man useful:

Also, it might be worth having a chat with your doctor, who should be able to refer you to a dietician or nutritionist who can give you specific advice.
Good luck!
Ali
ReplyGood morning Ash. I know a lot of young men with your problem. I don't think it is unusual at all and if you are like most of my thin friends when you get married and start a family the pounds will come. If you do start gaining weight at that time, then you need to keep it in control by exercise and proper diet.
Good luck!
Vicki
