Please Help !!

Hello. Actually I got a little bit problems with my body. I am 20 years old and am 178 cm, BUT, I am 127 pounds. I try a lot of things to get fat but it's hard and I can eat too much and I sleep. Please if anybody able to help me. Just reply to me. Thank you so much.

    Hey Ash-
    Thanks for writing. First, Its important to understand that your goal is not to get fat, but to gain weight (muscle mass). To do this you need to eat a healthy diet rich in protein and healthy carbs. You also should be incorperating weight training into your daily fitness routine. You want use a weight that you can lift no more than 10-12 repetitions. There are lots of programs on-line, find the one that's best for your lifestyle.     Hey Ash,

    Also, it might be worth having a chat with your doctor, who should be able to refer you to a dietician or nutritionist who can give you specific advice.

    Good morning Ash. I know a lot of young men with your problem. I don't think it is unusual at all and if you are like most of my thin friends when you get married and start a family the pounds will come. If you do start gaining weight at that time, then you need to keep it in control by exercise and proper diet.
