  OMG i can entirely relate to that, been there just it wasnt this bad when i was your age! To both of you... it's not impossible, and you shouldnt feel helpless, there are many many successful stories out there and you can become one of them. Dont beat yourselves up about it anymore, not at such a young age. Who cares if people bully, when you get determination to change that they will not have anything to bully you about...but knowing people they will be determined to find something to bully about.
