  Eat eggs ... Boiled eggs are not only a great source of protein [giving you energy] ... they also make you feel full for longer so you may snack less. Remember you are building muscle whilst working out ... which weighs more than fat - if your are loosing fat but building muscle simultaneously, you may not notice a change on the scales.   Don't starve yourself. The reason why you are not seeing a change in the scale is because you are gaining muscle. Try eating 5 smaller meals a day. First figure out your BMI so you take in the right calories your body needs to lose the weight. Eat fiber foods almonds are a great help. Two cups of black coffee a day boosts metabolism, almonds promote weight loss and keep you feeling full. Keep a positive outlook and know that you can do it! Good luck to you....
