  I just started the MM diet three days ago, might as well call it "last chance diet". In the past I never had problems losing weight, heck I wouldn't even diet I would just work out and I was in tip top shape. After I had my first child I lost the weight without a problem after my second child it took a little more effort but I still did it. Then for some reason things changed and I started gaining weight.
