Quick Giveaway: Powerhouse Weight Loss Game

Powerhouse Performance Coaching have offered a free game (worth $19.99).
Hit the Deck is a simple game that uses a timer and cards: "Set the timer, draw your first card, and do as many repetitions as you can. When the timer beeps, draw your next card."
The length of your workout will be determined by how many cards you perform and the duration you set on the programmable interval timer. If you are short on time, keep it quick and only choose a few cards. If you've got more time, select more cards and even repeat the cycle over as many times as you can take it!
Simple, but actually looks quite fun.
I'll let this run for a few hours. If you're interested, then write a comment below. I'll pick one at random and contact you for mailing details.
Thanks to KMR Communications.

Hey, I'd love to win that game!

That DOES look really fun! Beats my version of it where I draw playing cards to determine how many reps I do of certain exercises. I'd have a blast with this :)

ReplyExactly what I need. I'm training to run my last marathon at 50 in 2010 (okay....maybe second to last, if I can run fast enough to qualify for Boston). This sounds like just what I need to go beyond running to build my core. I'm in PR, so I spread the news far and wide when I find something I like.
ReplyThat actually looks like fun!

ReplyThis looks like a great way to get the whole family involved with working out - they can cheer you on, and then maybe you get a little rest while you cheer for someone else. You can even do it in teams.
ReplyLooks Fun!
