Kentucky Fried Miracle...
To most people 2,400 boxed-lunches of Kentucky Fried Chicken is one BIG coronary waiting to happen, but for Egyptian evangelicals it's a bona fide "loaves and fishes" miracle.
It all happened when members of the Egyptian Evangelical Association finished passing out 3,500 preordered and accounted for boxed-lunches from KFC at a ministry meeting in Cairo, Egypt.
After all the meals were distributed, the crowd had grown to 5,000 and when volunteers returned to what should have been a KFC-less room, they found an additional 1,200 lunches! Astonished, they quickly passed them out and then ANOTHER 1,200 meals mysteriously appeared.
"I am fully convinced that this was a supernatural occurrence," bible teacher and evangelist Marilyn Hickey told Charisma magazine, "It is something I have believed to see on my ministry and am overjoyed that it happened."

KFC - Kentucky Fried Christians :)
ReplyBrilliant!
ReplyReminds me of the Guiness beer commercials!
ReplyI love to hear the story of supernatural occurence like the mysterous appearance of 1,200 boxes of lunch. I would love to know if it has just happened recently or it happened quite long time ago.
A week ago, I heard a story of an acquaintance from the same university about how she had failed to suicide. the blood stopped flowing from the wrist of her left hand that she cut with a knife, and at the same time she heard God's voice (audibly)telling her not to suicide because God loves her so much.

ReplyHe could be available for comment, I believe, if HE WANTS TO.
Well we all know that we won't miss KFC after life as it is clear that its branches are not limited with this world.
ReplyMaybe some people shared lunches?
ReplyWow, that's so cool. Even if it was an error on the part of the people bringing the food (maybe they brought WAY too many lunches?), it's still a really neat occurence.
ReplyHahaha.. I like this story, it is really a miracle and there is enough for everybody. I like this story!
ReplyMiracle? Or Delivery Boy eff-up?
ReplyShish! That must have been that sneaky elf in the back room again. Evil little booger. He should have made some broccoli appear!
I wonder what his motive was?
ReplyMost likely someone has a counting problem.
ReplyExcellent!
Yes, miracles do happen. Marilyn has been in ministry a long time, so I am glad that she got to see something like that before she heads home.
Thanks for posting it. No matter how they got there, it worked out!
(And proof that God doesn't mind us eating fried chicken! LOL!)
ReplyPraise the Lord! Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever!
