First up - a big shout out to Israel Lagares - a Diet Blog reader who has created a new information site HealthRanker. HealthRanker allows users to vote for interesting stories or articles (in a similar manner to other sites such as Digg or Reddit).

Another great up and coming site is www.fit-2gether.com. They have a pretty cool concept as well for helping you to find people in your area to work out and/or train with. Also good place to blog and share fitness info..
