LMAO! Yeah, I'm thinking nothing would keep a very determined person away from eating their food...not even a freaky mask.

I think its funny but kind of sad that we actually need something like this to control ourselves from eating. Besides who puts the mask on you and takes it off? Does someone else have control over this because whats to say you can't just take the mask off when you're hungry. Willpower is a much better tool for controling urges. If that is not an option then have someone hold you accountable rather then wear a torture devise and look like an idiot who can't control themselves.

It could work with a timer you could set. Say 8 hrs, and it unlocks - no way before that. Although I would never wear that.

Wow, puritanism endures. This reminds me of devices invented in the 19th century to prevent men and women from, you know, touching themselves. These days eating is almost as demonized as that act was. So, post-sexual revolution, guess we feel the need to restrain other urges.

Anyone who would want to use it is probably insane or has an eating disorder.

This is the funniest thing I have seen all day!

But does it work? Maybe you could use it for a week or two until you get used to not eating every 15 minutes. I know several people including an MD who died after weight loss surgery. Smokers could use it too (6,000,000 deaths annualyy across the world from tobacco). This mask may appear silly but maybe it works! At first glance it is funny but people laughed at the Wright brothers too.

Seriously! If there was a piece of chocolate that I really wanted, it wouldn't matter what was covering my mouth!
