Simple Memory Art have a collection of Healthy Food magnets.

Each of the 50 magnets lists primary nutrients along with with Calories, fat, and fiber.

The magnets would certainly help someone learn a good selection of foods.

Perhaps carbohydrate and protein content could be listed as well.

The magnets sell for $12 and ship to USA, Canada, and the UK.

I love those!! I want to order them. Mostly for the "key nutrients" part...that's so handy! It sure would make it a lot easier to make nutritionally complete salads and meals. Since you know, most produce doesn't usually have a label on it. Makes it kind of a pain to have to go and look all that stuff up.

These are really nice looking.

I think they would be helpful for keeping a positive healthy outlook in the kitchen. I think they'd be helpful for some of my family members who have no clue, as well.

J - I can't believe you did a piece on healthy food magnets without mentioning the magnetic diet.
