The Nourishing Meme
Here are five questions to stimulate conversation, and to motivate you into a cultivating a more nourishing lifestyle. Thanks to Joanne Hay of Nourished for beginning the conversation.
Here are the questions:
- What is the most nourishing thing you frequently do for your self?
- For your health, what will you never compromise on?
- Where do you get most of your health information?
- What single whole food or supplement has turned your health around the most?
- What is your favourite natural therapy?
(note that answers are distinctly personal and should not be construed as advice or similar).
- Time out - a chance to eat slowly, pray, contemplate, or converse - away from the rigours and demands of a busy life.
- Exercise as a part of life. Come what may - I hope I will always regularly pursue some form of physical activity.
- Everywhere. The web, the library, and the some of the incredibly well-informed people who comment on Diet Blog.
- Can only speculate here: A reduction in dairy intake, and an increase in natural oils (flaxseed and nuts).
- My garden on a sunny day.
If you have a few moments to think, I would love to hear your answers.
