Carmen Electra and the NV Weight Loss Pill

Im gonna go along with the majority of the comments and try this supplement. I really hope it works, i now weigh 165 5'8. Im hoping to lose maybe 20 pounds or more, with diet an exercise of course. Lets see!!

I read about NV today in a magazine and was interested to find out what others thought about the product before i went out and bought it. After reading all of the comments i have decided to give it a try. I am 5'9 and weigh 156 lbs. I am hoping to lose 16 lbs, I will try to update weekly....i hope it works! :)

This comment is directed towards the people that are talking negatively about this diet supplement. You are probably over weight and are too lazy to work out with this pill which is what you are suppose to do everyday of your life, even if you dont take diet supplements. This pill just enhances your metabolism and pushes the weight loss harder to lose weight faster!!

Just buy some green tea and couple it with a low fat diet and avoid frank sugars. Yu'll get the same result. Weight Watchers is still the oldest and the best method to loosing weight. I lost 25 lbs after trying every fad including Hoodia and they all failed. You need to retrain your stomach to being satisfied with smaller portions. The green tea helps with the metatbolism. good luck......

Hey, my name is Kelly and I just started taking NV two days ago. First of all I love the ingredients in this product. It's not some secret ingedient that no one knows about, so how can you be sceptical when the ingregients are proven to be effective. The first day I took the first pill I felt a little dizy. It only lasted for 15 min. After the second pill I felt fine. And I am happy to say, I slept like a baby. I did not feel anxious like other pills. I am 25 year old going to school full time and working and married and my father just passed. So I can't take any pill that makes me feel more stressed. I have been anxious and angry lately and I was very happy last night and today with confidence. I want to lose 10 pounds. So we will see!!!!!

I am currently taking NV and I had a HUGE appetite and a good metabolism so I am not overweight. I have extra tummy that I want to get rid of and this product has definitely cut my eating by more than half. It also gives me energy which I like in the morning. The box recommends 1 pill in the morning and another 6 hours later. I modified it to 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 6 hours later (I don't have too high a tolerance for caffeine) but it works just the same without making me toooo awake when I try to go to bed. I agree that people should not bad mouth a product until they actually try it themselves. There are scams out there but so far - since I gave this one a shot - it has worked for me. And yes, NV is available through eBay. I bought a 60 ct bottle, which on my plan, will last me 2 months. Hope this helps!

I started taking NV on July 5th and this is August 21st when I began I was a size 14 and now I am a size 10/11. It feels good I am not one for taking diet pills but I thought I would give it a try and if it didnt help the weight loss well at least I may have nice hair and nails Ha Ha !Anyway I eat healthy more fish and veg and stopped eating at night and drink lots of water I think that is the best way to lose weight, Oh ya and some exersise.which is not my favorite thing!!!

I just saw NV discussed on Fox News this past weekend. The doctor was impressed with the product and the mix of herbs. He ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD PRODUCT. That surprised me. Think I'll try it!

Thats great that you can get it in 60 count Here in canada Ive only seen it in 30 count and cost $29.95 a bottle at walmart then the tax so cost a little over 32.00 a bottle and only last 2 weeks if you follow the instructions on the bottle.

I started taking NV yesterday. I only want to lose about 15 pounds and the guy at GNC gave me great advice for losing weight..drink a LOT of water. He said I wouldn't even need any supplements if I drank as much water as everyone is supposed to. But I thought I would try it. I got a nice energy boost from it..not too much but I could definetly tell. It also has been making me feel good about myself already and since I've taking it and I have felt like I've been in a good mood throughout the day. Its hard to tell what the results will be since I have only been on it for two days but so far I would recommend it!

It's august 21st and I bought NV today and want to loose 38 lbs. I am 188 now. I am starting tomorrow and also starting Tae Bo. Hopefully between the two I will see some results. I'll keep ya posted.

I bought a bottle of Nv a couple of months ago and I started taking it for a few days and I got an upset stomach and sttoped taking it. after seing and reading a lot of posts about it I decided to give it another try.
today is my first day and this is what' ve experienced so far.
The mornig pill did give me some energy , I took it around 8:30 am with a nice low calorie breaksfast. by noon I was starving. so I hurry up and cooked lunch and took the other pill before eating and about 1 hour after my sencond pill I had a terrible cramp in my stomach and went to the bathroom (sorry to say it liuke this) and had diahrria. It felt like it emptied my whole stomach and I just didn't like the feeling of cramping. and I wonder if anyone has had any similar reactions. 30 minutes after I went to the bathroom I had to go again. and I went you know more...
I wonder if this is a side effect on the pill and if this is the way that pill works? making you go to the bathroom like that sure will increase my chances o loosing weight.
I am just a little scare right now. I will take it again tomorrow and see if my bathroom experience repeats again. I will keep you posted.
In the meantime. has anyone experience this side effects??

this summer, i went from 125-116, dears.
im buying NV tomorrow, and want to lose 16 pounds. for those of you saying its a bad diet pill that wont work, unless you already tried if before and it didnt work for you, then shut your mouth. dont criticize it if you havent even tried it before.

Ive been taking NV for awhile now and havent had any cramping you say a low calorie breakfast, hope you are eating enough,I went from size 14 to size 10/11 since july 5th and I eat very well and everything I want in moderation for breakfast for example I have 2 slices of whole wheat toast 1 egg, 1/2 cup of yogourt and a fruit like cherries or a pear and I tell ya I am not starving by noon, and I take my first pill at 9am then at 3pm.Are you having High fibre in the morning? That happenend to me one time when I tried a grapefruit diet pill that was painful but with the NV so far so good.So have a good breakfast and see what happens and if you are starved coming on noon have a snack before lunch, EAT GIRL! just eat healthy dont deprive yourself The weight will come off.

Well, DIET supplement NV - I am a person who has low metobolic rate- so it is very hard for me to lose any weight without gaining double back.Just today 8-23 found out the Supposingly Carmen Electra uses NV -UMMM ! Yeah OK - Probably NOT! If she does -then she is more human than we thought. but hey face it- She is a model-for a reason,HOWEVER -----
I am average working person. I take NV around 830am -900am and again 6 hours later empty tummy with water.
With the changes it recommends, I have lost inches and my nails have grown stronger,and my complection has improved. I have taken NV for 3 weeks and Have lost close to 13lbs. GO! ME! NV Has been working well and helping to curb any hunger-and learn new habits without major drawbacks.

This doesnt have any dramatic jittery side effects and I have energy to do things I normally dont.
I have changed eating habits of course any diet needs that- BUT NOT BY A LOT !
Exercise- Yes, some walking, and extra cleaning, and sweating to the NV works!
If I didnt take NV to assist with Hunger, portion control and gorging may be as it was before- IT IS HELPING! Apparently not just me.

Optimistic or not- Every Diet requires change! DUH! But supplements arent for the beauty queens- they are for those looking for change to help them learn to control their habits!

Hey guys..any of you know if Walmart in Canada sells de pills? I cheked one walmart..dey didnt hve it..so i had to buy at Shoppers drugmart for $30...i started takin it 2 days ago. Just want to loose 10 pounds or so. Hope it works. Do any of you know places tat sell it for cheaper in Canada...cause de bottle i have has only 30 pills..last me abt a 2 weeks..and i aint all dat rich wid de amount of money im makin from my summer job. i don't tink I can loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.... if i can..den hurray..il try and keep it off wid exercise and eatin rit...

I started taking this pill on Sunday I believe,I couple it with a protein shake for lunch or breakfast and fruit for breakfast or lunch depending and I eat a normal dinner if I have room for it. This pill keeps you regular and helps by first getting rid of the water weight I notice. I like it so far. I never weighed myself so I really dont even know how much im starting but im in a 14 so i want to at least be back in a 10 again and then go fromt here to a 6 at some point. I like it so far though. My only advice is don't take this and then get stressed out, all the caffeine plus stress equals chest pains. And dont drink any caffeine either. Not even a little bit just leave the sodas and the coffee alone.

hey I bought NV yesterday and started it today... my apetite is already decreased. I am using it cause I had a baby 3 months ago...and Stopped breastfeeding so I need a little extra umf to get those 30 lbs off.. Please keep me posted on success stories... (P.S I doubt Carmen Elektra uses the pill) But I am trying everything right now. ciao

Yes walmart in Canada sells NV when I first purchased them they were $29.00 plus tax then they had them on sale for $19.88 plus tax but only 30 in a bottle.

I just purchsed NV today, and I did not buy it b/c Carmen Electra promotes it..I weighed 134 and dropped to 117 in 3 weeks using another supplement,with NO diet(I did stop drinking soda) but with exercise (only 2 days a week), the problem was that my body became immune to the supplement, so I am going to try this for RAPID weight loss..hopefully it works... :)

I started NV recently so I too am interested in everyone elses progress. So far its been ok. I kind of noticed my nails look better other than that it might be too early to see results. I bought mine at GNC and if u have a gold card u get it for a lil less. hope that helps some people

I started using NV on the 21st and i know i cant expect to see results so soon, but for those who have used NV for a longer period of time, I'd like to know when you actually started seeing results? and how much pounds can i expect to loose within 2 weeks? I'm just really curious, and like many of us, wish i could loose a couple of pounds with a blink of an eye.

I've started eating less and exercising, treadmill for 10mins along with a few abs and thigh exercises. I hope this is enuff exercise to loose a few pounds in a few weeks.

I'm currently using NV just to see if it does work. It's 30 dollars so I'm not overly concerned about the results. I use it with diet and exercise so I suppose that it could be a placebo designed to get people active and dieting. The pills could be made of chalk for all we really know. But if it takes a placebo to give someone the confidence to lose weight then what does it really matter? If I lose even an inch of fat, I'll be happy with this product.

Hey everyone. seems like we have a huge mixed reaction about this NV stuff- I just bought it yesterday, and well i didnt buy it because of Carmen- (i hate her) but i bought it because i have heard a lot good product reviews, i like experimenting, and it has the hoodia gordonii complex (which im not sure is the real stuff from africa or not)
But i am 140lbs and 5"1- im over weight and i just dont like myself sometimes. I am a dancer so i overall have a pretty nice bod, other then my tubby tummy; i eat very very healthy and i work out regularly, besides the 16 yrs of dance.....and look at me, i have so much body fat, and a huge bloating issue. My metabolism isnt great either. So this is my first time "experimenting" with diet pills and I really have hope that I will find one that works.
This NV stuff kinda made me feel *stoned* the first time I took it, other then that though, i ate barely nothing through out the day and i wasnt hungry...so yah we will see.

I just started NV on 8/22. I am watching what I eat (but this week is the county fair, and I have cheated a little) and trying to exercise. I have only been able to walk a mile one day so far. But, in just a few days, I have ALREADY lost 4 lbs!! I can fit into a pair of jeans comfortably that a few days ago were painful to sit down in. I feel great and I am really easily effected by pills that make you jittery. I have not felt ANYTHING like that. Only more energy (which I need having 3 little boys!!!) and less need for snacking. I am SOOO inpressed with NV because I am not really trying so hard yet. I AM drinking more water and less soda which is hard for me(I am a Dr. Pepper-aholic), but other than that, not much has changed for my diet. I went to Walmart with a friend looking for diet pills and had never heard of NV, but picked it up based on its ingredients as well as the vitamins for hair, skin and nails. And boy I am I happy I did!! I will continue to use NV until I have lost at least 15 lbs, hoping for 20. GOOD LUCK everyone on your weight loss journey!!!!!

Hey..its totally amazin u lost 4 pounds in such a short time. I started usuin NV on de 21st of Aug..and til today..i can barley see a difference.mayb just 1 pound less. I am eatin less and a little healithier..no soda..all water...and i exercise a whole lot more...if de pill didnt kick in..de sweat o l;ost should have. I don't get it, why is it taking longer for some of us den others. Oh well..hopefully i'l see results soon. Good job in ur "rapid" weight loss. COngrats..hope u achieve ur 15-20pounds goal.

Anyone else experiencing slower weight-loss results??

So I started taking NV last Sunday. At first I could feel increased energy but over the week I started not to notice. I lost 5 pounds in a week..but I was also eating healthy..drinking ONLY water and a lot more than usual. I was doing the Special K for breakfast and lunch and then a regular dinner. I also bought slim fast snack bars for when I got hungry in between. I did break my diet a few times over the week going out to eat and eating candy and such and I felt guilty about it but I still lost the five pounds! I'm hoping to see more results over the next week and I will keep everyone updated.

update. I stopped taking Nv for one dayafter having some stomach disconfort. I took it the next day and It didn;t bother me anymore. as far as energy goes i feel okay not a lot of it but I do not have to have my mornig cup of coffee. as far as appetite suppesant I don;t think It makes me less hungry. I usually exercise 3 times a week (40 min of cardio and weight lifting) I do get hungry because I exercise a lot and I try to stick to my weight watchers point. sometimes is tuogh. I don't know if I've lost any weight yet, I 'll keep you updated.
I have 20 pounds to loose and I am a size 10 clothing.

I also saw this on Fox and am picking up some today after reading all of the posts. I am 145, 5ft 2. Years ago I cut out soda, and a few months ago I started dieting by portion control, low fat and low calorie. A few weeks ago I added some light exercise (horseback riding) and am drinking my water. This helped me to lose 5 pounds quickly. However I am in a rut. I have been in a rut before WITH a personal trainer for several months and the only thing that helped was a prescription diet pill. I kept off the weight for several years and am still smaller but am creeping up and want to keep from getting in another rut. Fox's good review and hearing that there are no jitters from all of you help to make my decision. NOT Carmen Electra.

I started taking NV yesterday and I wasn't very hungry at all. When I ate, I didn't over-eat as I usually do, and was full pretty fast.
I'm a little iffy about diet pills because of some horrible stories I have heard about people getting sick or almost dying from them..but I feel that I am getting soreness around my left side of my chest, it's not chestpains just sore. and also, I woke up this morning with hot flashes. I don't know if this is just a result of me thinking that something bad is going to happen to me, so thats why I am feeling this way or if it is actually a side effect of the pill.

has anyone had these same side-effects? if yes or if no, what advice can you guys give me?

I started taking NV 3 days ago.
Day 1
I started out with 1 full pill - had a great workout about an hour after. Felt anxious that night.

Day 2
Took 1/2 pill at 7:00am - 1/2 pill at 1:00pm
Felt fine all day but still a little anxious that night.

Day 3
Took 1/2 pill at 7:00 am and the other half at 11:00. Hopefully this will help with the evening.

I will say my appetite is curbed - not gone but I don't want to snack as much.

I haven't had caffiene in 3 days and feel great.

I also don't want any beer or wine. I normally have 1-2 drinks with dinner and haven't had anything.

It's interesting you mentioned that you had hot flushes at night .
I got my period the day I started the pills and I have being having hot flashes at night as well, I attributed it to my period but I don't know now. I will keep a eye on these symptoms and let you know if I keep having them.
as far a chest pains go. maybe the pills have too much caffeine for you? have you started an exercise program?
could it be you pulled a muslce?

Just started taking this today. I need to lose 25 lbs and go from a 10 to a 6. Took one in the morning and one a few moments ago. Anyone have trouble sleeping on this? Can I still drink alcohol? Would love to hear anyone's experiences. Thanks!!

I was thinking that the caffeine might be too much. Yesterday morning I only took one pill in the morning and I felt good throughout the day and didn't have much of an appetite. I don't normally drink coffee or any othe caffeine products so I think the caffeine is what's making me feel this way. I love the ingredients in this pill but all the caffeine in it really worries me. I'm not so sure how good that is for the heart.

So, I just went out and bought a bottle of these pills, even though I know they will probably not work and I am wasting my money. Well, at least that's happened to me every other time I've tried a "miracle product". But, some of you seem to be having some luck with it, so I'm optimistic for now. Does anyone know of another site/forum where people are discussing their results? I can't seem to find much out there. Thanks!!

I have not been 'shakey' but I also feel anxious as some of you mention. Interesting as that is the exact word I used yesterday, my first day.
I also feel less like snacking but do have a bit of nausea in the AM first day. Second day I waited to take my vitamins until after I had my breakfast and felt much better today, not as anxious. I already feel lighter. May be mind over matter but if it keeps me from overeating and being lazy then so be it.
