The Shangri La Diet
The Shangri La Diet is absurd, ridiculous, and remarkable. It is quite simply one of the most unusual weight loss books ever written. Author Seth Roberts presents his radical ideas without melodrama or hype, and comes up with a weight loss diet that is both controversial and intriguing.
The technique is simple:
- Consume 100-400 calories of sugar water and/or flavorless edible oil daily.
- Consume the sugar water and/or oil before or well after meals - at least an hour away.
The sugar water (a mix of white sugar and water) should be consumed slowly (over half an hour). Sugar water is flavorless despite being sweet (unlike soft drinks that have flavors added). For the oil - Extra-Light Olive oil is recommended due to its lack of flavor.
That's it.
No calorie counting, no recipes, no forbidden or restricted foods, no meal plans, and no deprivation.
Set Point
Roberts believes that weight is regulated by a system with a 'set point'. If your weight is below your set point, then you will feel hungrier - and it will take more food for you to feel full.
It is possible to change your set point, and the basis of the Shangri La Diet is that set point can be lowered by eating a food that has little or no flavor - but still has calories.
Right about now your jaw will be hanging open like a fish gasping for water. The Shangri-La seems so farcical that any straight-thinking nutritionist might even dismiss it as a hoax.
Science?
The book explains - in some detail - the science and reasoning behind the diet, the authors own experiments, and various testimonies. The whole diet does in fact have the feel of an unfinished experiment.
Weight loss occurs because appetites are lowered, and the dieter is eating less. This book isn't about building muscle and attaining 8% body fat - but simply about eating less and losing weight. What's different to other diets is that the eating less is incidental.
A Bizarre Fad?
It's bizarre, and it's strange... but... I have an inkling that Seth Roberts just might be onto something.
The Shangri-La Diet is most certainly a paradigm-shifter of epic proportions. When our paradigms are challenged, we all too often respond with our own familiar dogma. Roberts ideas deserve closer attention - but they must not be allowed to turn into a quick-fix mass-market fad diet. When this occurs uninformed people can embark on foolish dietary regimes without batting an eyelid. Roberts is an experimenter - and the diet must be viewed as such - one person's experiments and ideas.
This is not a recommendation. The diet leaves some questions unanswered - it focuses solely on weight loss. What about the effect on metabolism or other health issues such as triglycerides or LDL cholesterol? How about diabetes?
Power to the Blogs
The Shangri La Diet frequently refers to the power of the so-called blogosphere - even as far as quoting blog comments (from Mark Schrimsher's CalorieLab).
You are most welcome to add your thoughts and experiments to this post.
The Shangri-La Diet, by Seth Roberts PhD (available at Amazon - 194 pages Hardback)
I have been on the shangri-la for three days now. I do exercise 3x weekly. I have lost 1.5 lbs. since Thursday. One of the commentaters wondered about emotional eating. Believe me I can relate. When I'm stressed or bored I can eat a whole bag of oreos! I have noticed over the past three days as my hunger has diminished, I find myself reaching for the "bad food" and I take a pause. I'm really not hungry so why should I do this..bingers know guilt and misery when stuffed. Now I get up and take a walk, read a book, etc. I'm going to stick with this for at least ten days. I'm doing the oil, extra light olive oil, which is heart healthy, so I don't see a down side to trying this.I mix the oil in some really cold water, it is tasteless. The worst part is the oily residue on my lips which I just wipe away. There may be a big psychological component here, if you see results sooner you will stick with it. since you can continue to eat what you want you don't feel deprived. But you will be eating less.
ReplyI, like a lot of you have tried every imaginable diet there is. However, I am confused. The latest issue of Woman's World says to take 1 tablespoon of extra light olive twice a day. You are not to eat or drink ANYTHING 1 hour before or 1 hour after taking the oil. You may take 2 talbespoons once a day if you like. They never mentioned anything about sugar water. Now you can see why I'm confused. BUT I WILL TRY THE OLIVE OIL ONLY. I took the first dosage yesterday, so I will see what happens after a week.
ReplyI don't feel that I am "looking for another cheap and easy fix". To the contrary, I worked out every day up until six months ago (after losing 23 pounds and keeping it off for five years). My problem is that I am a surviving polio person (I hate the word "victim"). My left left is 1 1/4" shorter than my right and for the past year I have had extreme pain on my left side.
I have gained 7 pounds back in the last 6 months, so yes I am desperate about getting it plus the other 10 pounds off, but at this point I am unable to exercise. I am scheduled for surgery in October to correct this problem and hopefully I will be able to exercise again. So you nay sayers who say this is quick and easy, that's your opinion. Some people do think the oil tastes yukey. I think drinking sugar water is yukey, just sweeter yukey.I'm going to give it a week.
Let me know if any of you have read the article in Woman's World and your thoughts.
Here's to good losing.
I too read about this in Womans World. I do WW now and would like to try this with their CORE program.
ReplyI love reading the feedback - overall, today I have not felt hungry, so that's a good thing.
I'll see how the week goes!
I also read about this in Woman's World, immediately began searching and reading. Read the book. Picked up my ELOO after work this evening and ready to start in the morning! I can't wait. I have over 200 lbs. to lose, with the latest loss coming from the Atkins Diet, but yo-yoed back up and over my previous weight BEFORE the big Atkins loss. I like what I have read because you aren't setting DIET out there for all to watch you win or fail. No one really has to know what I am doing as I gulp my oil and work through my "flavorless zone". Wish me luck, I am jumping in head first with my first dose at 10 am in the morning! Thanks to everyone here for the info and enjoyable reading, giving someone like me hope.
ReplyI read the WW article while waiting in line a the supermarket. I didn't buy the magazine because it seemed so simple and what could it hurt to buy a $3 bottle of oil anyway? If I see some success, I will invest in the book to learn all the little secrets. I'm going with the before bed and first thing in the morning. I started it last night. No real "flavor" to the oil, I just forgot to take my thyroid pill before drinking the oil and it took alot of extra water to wash it down through the oil. Note: Take pills before gulping oil. :-) Didn't notice a real curb to my appetite today. I know, give it time. I give it 2 weeks to see if there are any results.
ReplyAny thoughts on brushing your teeth? If I take the oil in the morning and before bed, how do I get the brushing in without having toothpaste flavor? I only get up about an hour before I leave the house.
For the record: 9/25/06 5'4", 240 lbs, 32 years old.
Well, gang, I started this ELOO on Monday and to date I have GAINED 4 pounds!!!!! I am waiting one hour before and one hour after taking the ELOO with no cheating. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? Wil this start to reverse pretty soon? As I said in my previous message, I do not want to gain back the 23 pounds I lost previously. This is not looking good for the home team!!! HELP!!!!!!
ReplyI personally have stopped doing this. The ELOO made me somewhat sick to my stomach. My husband on the other hand is still doing it but hasn't weighed yet.
I've lost weight on Weight Watchers before, I think I'll stick to that.
Replyi was just wondering exactly how much olive oil is the right amount? thanx
ReplyCould someone please help me?.... I want to Lose less than 20 lbs. It says that I should have 1 tablespoon of sugar in water a day. Does that mean I make a batch of sugar water, with one tablespoon of sugar, and use that for the hour before and after meals... or do I take 1 tablespoon of sugar in my water everytime I drink the sugarwater before and after meals? I would love some answers. Thanks!
ReplyJust found out about the Shangri La method today and am starting in the a.m. I am 47y/o, 218 #'s and have had wt. problems all of my life. There has yet to be a diet or method that was effective for me. All the pills worked for as long as I was taking them. Once off of them the wt. doubled. I spent $4.00 today on the ELOO and if it doesn't work I haven't lost anything. I need to lose 60-70#'s and I will take what I can get at this point. I am also dealing with hypooglycemia & hypertension and am not quite sure how this will affect me.I do exercise but that is only strengthening my lungs and nothing else. I would like for someone to reply to this comment and tell me for certain if the 1hr. before and after method is what I should be doing. I did read that it takes longer for some than others to start working. I will have to hang in there for a while because I don't know where I fit in the scheme of things. I am weak and will need encouragement, so please someone out there stay in touch with me as I will be reporting my progress at least wkly. I am a hard worker and not a couch potato. I have had so much failure with losing wt. a whole lot of encouragement won't hurt my feelings at all.
ReplyTo all of the idiots who stand in judgement of us, I am going to pray that God will soften your hearts and cause you to be more considerate because even though weight isn't a problem for you something is and you have nothing better to do than rag on us because of your own insecurities and short comings, ex.(drinking, drugs, sex, dark thirty night riding, child molestation) and whatever else goes on in your dirty minds and lifestyles.
Leave those of us willing to try and find a solution to our illness alone and find something better to do with your time. Better yet, stop reading these comments if you don't have anything encouraging to say.
I started this program one wk ago after reading in Womens World. So far I have gained a pound! I agree w/Judith, there was nothing about sugar water. But how can I afford to drink more calories when I am already GAINING weight? Steven seems to be doing the best. I was going to order the book but decided to save my $12 since this is obviously a scam.
ReplyHi All,
I read about the diet in the latest Women's World magazine and thought it would be great to try. It appears to be an easy and cost-effective diet.
I purchased the refined walnut oil and did the 2 tbsp in 16 oz (cold) water. at 2 pm today. About 5 minutes after drinking the oil and water I felt nausea. I watched the one hour tick away and immediately ate two handfuls of almonds to rid the feeling. I then ate sphagetti and meat sauce (but a smaller portion than normal).
I don't feel hungry, but because I snack alot during the day, I ate a mini baby ruth after 6 pm. I don't think I'll try the sugar water and will stick to the walnut oil and water. I hope I have the same results for my hair and skin that you others have experienced.
My current weight is 180 on a 5'4" frame. I need to loose 30-35 lbs and have tried WW the past year and didn't loose any weight (my fault not WW)--I ate too many calories and often exceeded my points allowed. I feel energized with this new diet and hope it works.
ReplyI have been on this plan 6 days now (today is day 7) and have already lost 3 pounds. My appitite is gone and I don't even finish what is on my plate when I do eat. That has NEVER happened before. This is very easy and something I can stick with for sure.
I take ELOO twice a day in cold water. It goes right down and never had a problem with it. Didn't try the sugar water because I used to be on Atkins and... well...you know what I mean if you tried it :-)
I too read about it in Woman's World and am anxious to get the book. I also started a blog for my daily stats and how I'm feeling each day. You can read it if you would like at
www.Shangri-la-diet-stats.blogspot.com
For me, a mom of 6 and 45 years old, this plan is a miracle.
ReplyI've read all the input on this site. I am happy for the people who have done well with this program. I am going to try it and see what happens. I am looking forward to the soft skin and healthy hair. I will keep you posted.
ReplyI read about this diet in Womens World and thoght maybe it was a scam, but it is not. I have been on a 1200 calorie diet for the past two months and have lost 20 pounds, but I feel hungry all the time. I have been at a platue the last 3 weeks. I thoght I would give this a try and it is working. I started on Thursday Sept. 28. I weighed myself today, Saturday Sept. 30. and have already lost 3 pounds. I no longer feel hungry and am having no trouble sticking to the 1200 calories. I am waiting for the book to come in at the library so that I can read it. Thank you to all who have shared for it has helped me.
ReplyI just read about this diet/method in a women's magazine. It doesn't mention the sugar water and, frankly, with a history of reactive hypoglycemia, I don't plan to try that part of the plan, and I think anyone with any sort of blood-sugar problem should be cautious about that. The oil, however, isn't so bad. I tried grape seed oil 'cuz it's the most tasteless oil I have at home. It's also supposed to be high in monounsaturates and antioxidants. Surprise! It does have a pleasant, though very slight, taste. Hopefully not too much to work. I think the poster who says any fat will work may be right. I know that if I start the day with a big glob of labne (12% butterfat yoghurt cheese), I tend to have a lowered appetite and lose weight. To keep from upping your cholesterol, though, the olive, walnut, canola, or grapeseed oil would be better.
ReplyI just started taking olive oil two days ago and am feeling some results in my constant hunger pattern. I have been going to weight watchers the past six months and have lost l6 lbs. but then have been at a plateau for the lasr 6 weeks.
ReplyI heard about the olive oil plan and am eager to try it. On the third day I notice I have not been as hungry and the scale seems to be moving a little even in just three days. I take it first thing in the morning and have breakfast about an hour or so later, then at night I take the oil before I go to sleep, so wish me luck.
Hi- Can someone please give me an example of what a day in the life of this diet is like? (in detail please!!!!) I have a basic idea of what I'm supposed to be doing but I am not positive...thank you!
ReplyWhy not buy the book? Or come over and join the forums at http://boards.sethroberts.net/index.php
Basically, you're looking for a way to eat a certain number of flavourless calories every day. different people use different methods, and for some it works more rapidly than for others. I could tell you my regime -- 15 ml of rice bran oil last thing at night and first thing in the morning -- but there are many, many others. After that, you just listen to your hunger -- which is greatly diminsihed -- and eat less each day than you were before you started SLD. As a result, you lose weight.

ReplyI'm a 37 year old female (no children) who is a former runner as of three years ago, I got into a car accident which prevented me from running and lost interest once I recovered in exercising. I occasionally walked twice a week for about 40 minutes in my neighborhood. Before my car accident I was 5' 3" at 107 lbs. For the past three years after the accident I grew to 147 lbs. I have been on this diet for two months. I have lost 19 lbs. I have always eaten plenty of fruits, veggies, and fish from childhood to until my accident. During my recovery I used food as a comfort so I developed a habit of eating things like mashed pototoes, fried fish instead of grilled or steamed, desired Cadbury puffed rice chocolate bars, Dr. Pepper sodas (always hated coffee) and fatty meats like steak. Foods like this 3-4 times a week placated my woe is me heart. The weight came on steadily. I convinced myself because I was eating the fruits and veggies the other days of the week I was fine and could quickly recover.
I have never been on a diet. The Shangri La is the first. The first week I had massive headaches drinking the sugar water over the second half of the 2 hour period. The olive oil was no problem. My parents have always used olive oil and I have never used any other oil as an adult...I even used olive oil for popcorn so consuming olive oil was never uncomfortable...shoot pesto sauce is 50% olive oil. I tried honey in warm water. I did not have another headache! I never used fructose or white sugar in the home except if I consume it in junk/processed foods.
I feel more comfortable exercising now outside. And hope to start running instead of jogging/walking before Dec 1st. I no longer have cravings for processed foods like rich desserts like cheesecake or fatty meats like a Longhorn steak.
My major change is removing foods that I have used as comfort foods. My normal intake includes 6-9 pieces or freshly juiced fruits some veggies juiced. I like variety so each week I integrate different fruits based on season and availability. I eat fresh leafy green salads. I never liked salad dressing so I do have to worry about the wasted calories.
I once had a habit of 2-8oz cans of Dr. Pepper a day. The only time I may drink Dr. Pepper is once on the weekend. When I buy a Cadbury bar I just each about a 1/4
at a time might eat another 1/4 in a 3 days. I have not had a potato in any form in 2 months. I have no craving for potatoes and my desire for cheese has greatly reduced. I would eat one of those personal pan pizzas from Pizza Hut with extra cheese and pepperoni. I no longer dream of that at 11am or noon at the office. I do not feel like I am depraving myself either.
I eat things I have liked all my life since childhood.
Such as wheat germ and vanilla yogurt, grilled chicken or fish seasoned with teriyaki or lemon pepper seasoning.
I have kept a herb garden since I was a teen. I use many fresh herbs directly from my window box garden. I love salmon and sushi. When I make popcorn I use very little butter and just a dash of salt. My cravings for pastas like chicken alfredo is nil. Chicken alfredo was one of my favorite dishes after the accident. And a thick juicy steak just does not do it for me anymore. And New England clam chowder is no longer appealing. LOL!
My friend said that my "success" with this diet is because I have never been on a diet and I ran for over 20 years of my life. I forgot to mention I also weight train once a week with 5 lbs hand weights and took up rollerblading 3 weeks ago.
I never have this feeling of "starving". When I eat out I ask for a doggie bag before I receive my order. I will divide the entree in half for my meal the next day. I never cheat and eat it later on that evening because I do not have the desire to! I normally have it for lunch or dinner the following day.
ReplySETH SAYS (I emailed him) that REFINED walnut oil is the best oil to use - 1 TBSP twice a day. And regarding tooth brushing, just do it right after you eat! You don't want to have ANY flavors or calories in your mouth an hour before and an hour after. I have been doing the refined walnut oil for 3 days now (straight - not bad really), and have lost 2 pounds already - and am hardly hungry! Just don't feel you HAVE TO EAT because you think it's time - eat when you feel hungry, and pay attention to how you feel, not how you think. If you're not hungry, don't eat - simple.
ReplyI am very interested in this program (I also hate the word "diet"), so I have given myself 2 weeks to see real results. I need to lose 50 pounds. Does anyone know if this is something that you have to continue to do forever? If you stop, will you gain back the weight you lost? Thanks in advance to anyone with answers!
ReplyYes, Jenny - you will gain it back. From what I've read, once you reach your goal, you can adjust your amount you take. Personally, I would suggest the oil over the sugar water, as it just seems better for you. But the oil is good for you, even as a lifelong thing! Good luck!
ReplyI am almost finished with the container of olive oil, I will definitely try the refined walnut oil.
ReplyFYI
A summary of the directions for the diet is featured in the Oct 3rd issue of Woman's World Magazine ($1.49) at checkout racks at your supermarket or places like BJ's, or Sam's Club etc.
It only features the directions for the Extra light Olive Oil, but also has some other helpful hints. I am just beginning it and found it easy to put the oil in a glass of water so it tasts okay. Good luck everyone.
ReplyThanks Joni!
I don't know if I like the idea of doing shots of oil for the rest of my life - good for me or not! Nevertheless, I am still committed to trying this.
ReplyIn spite of all the negative comments, this "diet" is actually working for me. My appetite has actually decreased, which has prompted me to become more physical. I have tried so many many other things, this is effortless. i too thought "yuk, gross" but don't knock it until you try it. Skeptics will be until they try it. Don't hate, appreciate or at least try it.
Replyhi, read about the diet in womens world mag.
Replythought "what do i have to lose (except weight)"
I lost 75 lbs over the last 10 years and I can't get the rest off about 20lbs so I'll try anything once .
only problem is that I'm a diebetic type 2 any info would help thanks
i read about the diet in womans world and was immediately intrigued. i took extra virgin olive oil (it is all i had in the house) last night and again this morning. i mixed it in a little bit of water like the magazine said to. the evoo was very hard to take this morning, but did buy the extra light olive oil today and took it tonight---WAY better----basically tasteless. i have already noticed a dramatic decrease in my appetite. after dinner was always my worst time and i am sitting here at 10pm no problem. i am going to stick with it, i am very curious to see how i do.
ReplyJust heard about the diet on Oct 1,2006. Began the diet on Monday and will keep track of by health and weight loss and will enter the results in three weeks.
ReplyI did Jenny Craig last year around this time and lost 16 pounds. But I had to stop, because I couldn't afford the food and gained it all back plus 5. Now, I just started Shangri La yesterday, and I know this sounds crazy, but I am down 2 and 1/2 pounds. I got on my scale yesterday morning and it said 250.0 this morning it is at 247.6. I did the sugar water yesterday about noon and about 6 I did the oil. I have read the comments on this site and most of them are very helpful. Even if my "so-called" weight loss is a fluke, I am willing to try, it seems pretty simple and I don't have to spend any extra money to do it.
ReplyI was very skeptical about this when a colleague told me about it last week. I just started WW in Sept. starting weight 185.4 5'8" 48 yr. old female - lost .6 the first week. Still following WW but started last Tuesday taking 1 1/2 tsp. of canola oil twice a day - couldn't bring myself to take a whole tablespoon of straight oil - weighed in on Monday and am down 4.6 more! I'm going to keep it up as long as I'm losing!
ReplyWOW is all I can say - congrats to everyone achieving even a small amount of success.
Just gonna weigh myself now ... ok so it's worse than the last weigh in ..... I'm 45 y/o female at 5'5" and weighing in at (whisper here ) 176
The date is October 5th 2006 and its 12:18am in Ontario
I read about this in a magazine and have just finished reading all of your comments. My weight has been up and down, I have been as much as 204 and a little as 110. My goal now is to see what I look like at 140 and then decide if I'm gonna go for 135.
I know how it feels to be in a size 18 and a size 5, all I know is right now I want to feel better about myself so first step is to look better to me ;o)
I've been noticing there's alot more on the TV about losing weight and can even see the fine print (Results not typical) jeez I just hate that line...
ok just had the oil - don't see what the big deal is, got that tbsp down there with no problem at all.
Am now going to bed thinking about a smaller me ...
ReplySmile just because you can - I think we can all do this

Hi Gang,
ReplyI got started a couple of days late but I am off and running. I did the 1hr. before and after with the ELOO. I have absolutely no problems with the oil as I am a praise and worship singer and I always drink olive oil before I sing. The taste doesn't bother me as I just gulp it down and move on. I have noticed there is a decrease in my appetite as I wasn't able to eat even half of my lunch today and tonight was no exception. I don't know how the wt. loss is going to work but I absolutely love it and will stick to it and see what happens. If I lose wt. it will be a continuous method for me. I will however monitor how long it's done at a time. I think breaks should be taken and healthy portions continue for a time then go back to the method. I'm a realist. I have hypoglycemia and don't want to make myself sick. I want to hurry up and get to the point where I can safely exercise again. Anyone with comments or suggestions regarding this please respond.
Well this is first thing on Thursday October 5th
Grabbed that Tbsp and filled her on up with ELOO done, had a 8 ounce glass of plain water (sipped kinda slowly)
maybe its phsycosematic (sp) but I feel "better" lol
ok just going on the scale ...... 174.4.
I'm actually afraid to get my hopes up too high but then again - I actually feel good about this. At 9:30 I'm going to have a light brekkie and then in an hour a sugar water sippy, wait an hour for a light lunch - I'll be walkin out to the market for fruit and veggies and all the makins for salad and a healthy soup too. The walk will help, the food will too .... I feel good after I had a nice sleep (7 and a half hours)
ok to recap
Oct 4th - felt sad, depressed and alone at 176
Oct 5th - feel motivated, not alone (thanks all) - 174.4
Told my mum (81) all about it - she's going to give it a try too
ReplyKeep smilin

? I read two different things about the SW could someone just clearly and simply tell me how to drink
I'm taking a tbsp in the morning of eloo wait the hour brush my teeth have a piece of toast and a cuppa tea - one hour from that I sip on the sugar water drink only plain water in between then eat and brush teeth wait an hour have a light dinner and a piece of fruit - wait an hour then the eloo
no problems at all to report on the oil - but a quick reply from someone on the sugar water would be appreciated.
Thanks and smile just cause you can
ReplyChristine you should check this site, it is really helpful and might answer some of your questions. It answered mine.
ReplyCalorie Lab
Thanks Trinesha - I definately will
Just wanted to tell everyone that the last year has been a real yoyo for me - and I suffer with depression. I'll probably be on meds the rest of my life
Medications do have an effect on your weight - I know it.
I don't know how but the eloo and sugar water are really working for me ;o)
I got up this morning (not a good day either) but I feel just a bit better after seeing what I did on my scale
Remeber I'm 45 , 5'5", and started at 176 on Oct 4th
then weighed in on Oct 5th (morning at 174.4
weighed in Oct 6th (morning) at 170
Maybe its just that I have sooo much to lose (my goal is 140 but ultimately 135)
I could just cry that finally something seems to be working - I hope it lasts and yes now I'm crying
Have a great day all ..... and smile just cause ya can

Christine... good girl, and keep it up... no need to be depressed. Keep your chin up and keep on keeping on. We all have struggles, and you're stepping up to yours.
If you believe you can lose weight, you will. And you are losing weight! We all have to find our way, and its never exactly the same for any of us.
I too am overweight... been fighting it for years. Did WW and did lose 20 lbs. I can't tell you how good I felt and what it did for my self-esteem! Put the weight back on though- I am a strong beleiver in the weight'set point' and that explains why my body keeps rebounding to almost the exact same weight no matter what I do.
I think that the good Professor is on to something here in terms of getting our brain to adjust our weight setpoint downwards by providing the body with these 'stealth calories'...calories that the brain doesn't see in its radar as they are undetected in the taste sensory system. This very well could cause the brain to assume that, as cave people, we must be chewing on roots to survive, since we are reduced to eating tasteless food... so that may cause it to cut back on our appetite as a survival mechanism, allowing the body permission to 'feast' on our fat... hmmm, sure does make sense to me! And importantly, I think our bodies were designed by the creator to 'make sense'.
Come on gang, let's give this program the old college try! I beleive it will work!
Replyawww Ian
Thanks so much for the positive rub off - I really needed that
What you said all made sense to me too, I really want to look how I feel.... you see somewhere stuck in this 45 year old body there's still that image of what I looked like when other people thought I looked great - no more whistles at this time but hey who knows...
I'm givin it a go go go
Hope everyone else has the good common sense to give it 100% because you know what - We're Worth It!
Thanks again Ian
