Free South Beach Diet Bar?
I got excited when I received this email for a free protein bar. Who could resist a high protein cereal bar for free? Of course nothing is ever really free. I guess the asterisk is the giveaway. Read the fine print:
This offer requires Milesource registration, completion of a survey and 1,500 AwardMiles.

You are right, nothing is ever really free. Nothing can substitute "real food" anyway.
ReplyYeah, I guess there is no such thing as a "free lunch". Looking at the ingredients in those bars, I'd be pretty glad I didn't order them...they don't look exactly "natural".
ReplyExactly!
ReplyI always say you might as well eat a candy bar.
Most commercial bars are like that, but I've found Cliff bars and Lara bars to be ok. Not that I'd want a steady diet of them, just once in a while.
