There are way too many 13 year olds on here. At 13 you really shouldn't be worried about that, but instead you should have an active life with a good HEALTHY diet where you make sure you eat all of your food groups. You are still growing and your body will change a few more times before it finally becomes the shape that it's going to be. So rather than worrying about all the diets on how to lose weight fast, worry about how to eat healthy and have an active life style and that will give you the best results.

Okay I really want to loose a couple of pounds but i just can't seem to do it. I mean im in track and run like 30 minutes everyday but i just cant seem to loose about 5 lbs like i want. I'm 15 5' 2" and 105lbs

obalooba, the reason you can't lose weight is you have no weight to lose. At 5'2" and 105lb you are extremely skinny already. What put in your mind that you need to lose 5lb?

I am just starting this 24 hour drink and i'm not sure if i'm supposed to eat while im on it i don't think i can go 24 hours with out eating and only drinking water and wht not, does anyone know?

Well, I'm not generally interested in this 24 hour drink, but I'm just curious as to how to loose some weight. So here are the facts, I'm 17 years old and I weigh about 115. I fairly short for my age, I'm almost 5' feet tall. I began to exercise a lot last summer, (weighed about 120) doing this cardio work-out. I also began to eat healthier. But as soon as I began to see the weight come off, I became obsessed. The eating healthy became hardly eating. In about 3 months I went from 120 to 98 pounds. Although, I know it wasn't the healthy way to loose weight and everything, I began to gain it back. I don't think that all the weight I gained is pure fat because I do have hard abs and "thick" legs, but they are not exactly toned because of fat & a belly. Rather than loosing pounds, I rather loose INCHES, because I know that's more important. I just really want to feel more comfortable in my clothing and I'm not sure if this is exactly a healthy weight for my small body.

I'm 14 years old, 5'7, and i weigh 160 pounds. I dont really know what my ideal weight is but my mom said that im only a couple pounds overweight. I know for a fact that i need to lose a few, but i want to know how much exactly i need to lose to be a healthy weight. My weight is evenly distributed through my thighs and my stomach but most of it is flabby and disgusting. I would also like to know if anybody has had any success doing the 20 minute winsor pilates workout. I've been doing it for a few days now and my muscles have been aching but i havent noticed any slight changes. (I'm not planning on doing this stupid 5 pounds a day thing so don't suggest anything like that, thanks.)

I have used this before and it does work. It's a great way to lose water weight quickly. But you should not do this for more than two days. And I was NOT in the bathroom as others have mentioned. It is not easy though, while it does help appetite control, you still are hungry and it takes self-control. But the way I think, you can do anything for 24 hours that you wouldn't want to do forever. I have used it as a meal replacement and had good results with that, also. I would eat a decent breakfast, skip lunch and have the juice, and have a light dinner, or switch that where you would have a decent breakfast, lunch, and have the juice for dinner. I have had success with that, as well, and you can do that for more than two days.

I am 5'3 to 5'4........ i weigh 184 pounds and im only 15 years old. but i certainly do NOT look like i weigh that much. i always ask my friends how much i look like, and they say about 120 to 140........ i was diagnosed with Depression a few weeks ago...... and i bet everyone knows why. but i have a close friend and she is anorexic, which makes her look really cute. i want to fast also, but i dont know how to keep myself from eating alot. Please..... everyone, dont tell me to do it the old fassion way because i have tried to do it that way for over 5 years now, and no luck. Any tips? (remember not to mention the old way or else you're gunna make me even more depressed)

Ok, first of all, this is messed up. Anorexia is a mental disorder. Substitute that with any other mental disorder in your sentence and see how it sounds: "i have a close friend and she is schizophrenic, which makes her look really cute". It is awful. Do you get what you are saying now? And you want to emulate her, getting a mental disorder yourself.

If you want to lose weight, you can do that by exercising + not eating junk food, fast food, and packaged foods in general. Eat natural foods, as in, no chicken nuggets, but chicken. No chips, but a real potato. It is simple enough. You don't need to starve or wish you had a mental disease.

Im shawna and 14 years old I weight 148-151 lbs and im very concerned that Im on the rode to being overweight nobody tells me that but I think i might get there I did do track and things but I wonder if I am getting fat i love sports and to be active but last year I was 128 lbs now Im 148! My sister said i dont look like Ive gained that much but i dont know I dont want to be overweight.
