Raw Food Diet Restaurant
The first raw food restaurant has opened in the UK - and more are planned.
Gillian McKeith, who presents Channel 4's You Are What You Eat and has written several books on healthy eating, says more people are beginning to include raw food in their diet.
The Raw Food Diet has been popular (to some degree) in the US, but it seems that the UK is following suit. Raw meat is on the menu - such as this item:
Carpaccio of beef, using thin slices of finest Aberdeen Angus seasoned, chilled for 30 minutes, and garnished with fresh parsley. Accompanied by a mixed wild green salad with fennel, avocado, cucumber and seeds.

Does anyone know of similar raw food restaurants in the US?
ReplyGreetings,
May you send me some names of restaurants specialized only in diet? That only serve diet food?
I am making a study for that matter, and it could be interesting even for your blog.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
