Why is Paris Hilton washing a car and eating a burger while in her swimsuit considered porn? Is it just because she actually did make a porn and people don't have anything else to do so they hold that against her? We aren't living in the 50's anymore. People need to grow up. I work for Carl's Jr. and I am proud to have Paris Hilton promoting our burgers. I have even started saying, "Hi. Welcome to Carl's Jr. Would you like to try our new Paris burger?" Deal with the commercial jealous idiots.

If Paris Hilton was only washing a car and eating a hamburger then I wouldn't think of it as porn. But, since that isn't what she is doing, it implies more than that. Of course, we are all so jealous of her, and can't stand her, that is what ignorant people think. I like her a lot, but not with the message she sends, or the cheap shot she took. Carl's Jr. won't be getting money from me from now on.

If this is what that are targeting male customers with then I feel sorry for the narrow minded male or female that help create such trash. I would think that if anyone wants to go eat at this place it would be known for how good the food is and not about Pais Hilton showing how inmature she is. This whole thing is utterly ridiculous. Anyone with half a brain can see right through this advertisement for what it is: a transparent attempt to gain publicity for a product by airing an ad intended to evoke outrage and backlash. After all, there is no such thing as bad publicity.

The ad is not sexy, it is absurd. Rather than Paris making the burger sexy, the burger made her look silly. My first reaction was neither enticement nor outrage, but simply to laugh at how ridiculous it was. Paris Hilton eating an enormous burger in a bikini while sticking her ass in the air and sprawled over the hood of a Bentley is certainly not going to make me want to eat the burger she's advertising. And it's not intended to. Sure, some of the target demographic (namely males aged 13-30) might buy the burger because subliminally they think it will improve their sexual virility or whatever. But the intent of this ad is not to make eating a greasy hamburger sexy. It is to make the Carl's Jr brand impossible to forget. So the more public discourse this ad and the issue of "food porn advertising" receives in relation to it, the more Carl's Jr benefits.

Carl's Jr likely paid Paris Hilton an obscene amount of money to advertise a hamburger that she would probably never eat in her private life, but what they paid her is just a drop in the bucket compared to how much business all the publicity surrounding this ad will generate. Carl's Jr has gotten tons of free advertising from journalists and the public writing about this ad.

I like Paris Hilton in her show of traveling and working, and in her interviews, but this....... is disgusting!!!!! I will make sure none of my family or friends will eat at Carl's Jr. until they apologize for their poor taste (no pun intended, but if the shoe fits) and poor judgement of advertising. What makes them think I want my daughter or son associating a hamburger with a female doing a vehicle.

First of all, those who think it's alright and great what Carl's has done, are the reason our country is in the shape it is.

This commercial is not about the hamberger it's about how far they think the FCC will let them get away with. I guess if you have the money you can do anything you want, skrew the FCC.

There is numerous celebrity figures that attract male customers such as Jesse James, The American Chopper family etc. without bringing such a disgrace to Carls Jr. and insulting females. There is incredible beautiful actresses out there who would zoom sales by taking one bite of a hamburger and leaving things to the imagination such as Heather Locklear. There is a place for everything and using such a explicit advertisement for a fast food chain is not the place. They sell
kids meals there. Maybe they should consider selling Adult meals with adult toys as a prize because that is how low they have stepped down. They just lost one more customer.

Before PH came along, I used to love my name. I'd never heard of anyone else named Paris before. Since she's become "famous", I am constantly embarrassed at having to share the same name with someone as vapid and moronic as she is.

I agree that it's unfair to women to have to see the images of skanky chicks every time the tv is turned on. Only when men become just as objectified will the playing field be even. Carl's Jr./ Hardee's has reached a new low! How can a corporation that purports itself to be a family oriented business display the sleeze it now displays in the commercial featuring Paris Hilton. It is appalling. I was shocked by the commercial and it actually took someone to explain to me that the commercial was indeed for Carl's Jr., that was the biggest shock. I have had to forsake my favorite hamburgers and fried zuccini as a protest for your corporations lack of good morals and common sense.
A wise persopn once told me "being sleezy ain't easy", and you have proven that point. You have invested millions of dollars to offend the public with a commercial in such very poor taste. This commercial should be X rated and reserved for channels that cater to those with perverted tastes.
