eDiets: Are They Really Worth It?
2008 Update: eDiets is arguably the biggest name in online weight loss. So big in fact, that their name has become synonymous with any web-based diet program. I've seen many people on various forums talking about "doing an e diet".
Florida-based eDiets have been around since the early days of the Internet (started in 1996), and boast an incredible amount of members - over 1.8 million (over the duration of eDiets history). They have connections in high places (including this interview with US president Bush). eDiets have been ranked as the #1 Most Trafficked Health, Fitness & Nutrition Site, and been voted "Best of the Web"in the diet and nutrition category by Forbes.
That said, what are they really like?
My impressions of signing up through their process were this:
eDiets are quite commercial - they have one of the biggest advertising budgets in the industry, and their site is heavy with graphic ads (everything from food to tampons). They also have an extensive shopping section where you can buy anything from fitness equipment to beauty products.
However what offsets this, is the incredible amount of quality content that is published within eDiets - most of it subscription-only. They have doctors, writers, nutritionists publishing many articles every day. It is truly a good place to get informed about diet and nutrition. The Internet has spoiled us with so much free information - but sometimes it is worth paying for that little bit extra.
Getting Your Profile
eDiets begins with a free diet profile, which assesses your current condition and then provides recommendations. It is at this point that they capture your email - and will send you one or more follow-up emails after completing the profile. There has been some complaints of spam from eDiets - although you can opt-out at any time (so calling it spam is inaccurate). After completing your profile, you can go ahead and subscribe (paying by credit card).eDiets have a straight subscription price for any diet: $4.49 per week - billed monthly. Note that this includes a fully-fledged fitness plan subscription as well (this used to be charged separately).
What Makes eDiets Different?
One of the biggest differences between eDiets and all their competition is the huge array of popular diet programs available. As well as the basic eDiets Weight Loss program, you can also choose from popular diets (such as Atkins, Slim-Fast, etc). However the options are always changing as brand-name deals come and go. You can change your plan at any time, or mix and match various meal and menu options. The message boards and forums at eDiets have long been thought of as the best in the industry.
Opinion
Anecdotally, eDiets works. A look around various opinion sites shows that people have lost weight with eDiets, and bad reviews are rare. The tools are good, but as time has gone on eDiets has been facing more and more competition in the online diet sector. My take: If you know what you want to do (for example; you want to follow the Glycemic Diet), then eDiets is the perfect means to do this. Menu plans, meals, recipes, motivation, will all help you succeed. However if you're unsure about exactly how you are going to lose weight, you might find eDiets a bit overwhelming - something like DietWatch or SparkPeople might be a bit easier to handle.

Responding to Complaints (June 2008)
At the beginning of 2008 eDiets (rightly or wrongly) embarked on a major upgrade to the back-end of their website. Due to a number of technical glitches there were a number of outages and eDiets received the highest amount of customer calls in their history. Things have now settled back to normal and customers should expect a good response from customer service.
I am just about to sign up and read about it, but would like to know what kind of comments you've gotten to this request. Anyone had success?
ReplyI have been on the WL4i diet for 5 days and have lost 5 pounds. It's very easy for me. My motivation builds every day and I'm getting more creative with healthy meals that I enjoy.
For the cost of a meal for two at Applebee's or Olive Garden, I'd say this diet is worth a look.
ReplyI joined ediets.com and really didn't use it. When I got my CC bill, I was charged with a $31.98 fee. Not so cheap any more. So I cancelled my membership only to find out that there is an early cancellation fee of $25.00. What kind of company charges you a Fee to cancell something that I paid for. They made money off of me and that really PISSES me off. I will never recommend this site to any one and I will surely voice my opinion about whereever I go and whatever site I am on.
ReplyIs eDiets worth it? ABSOLUTELY! I can tell you stories of people who have made many positive changes in their lives just from reading articles that are in the FREE subscription newsletters and lost a great deal of weight.
ReplyThe "diet" plans that they offer allow for individual choices and preferences, you get weekly menus and grocery lists. It takes the thinking out of what you are going to eat next and allows more time to think about YOU--the most important thing in your weight loss journey!
eDiets.com offers expert interaction and a community of amazing peer support.
It is inexpensive and very effective.
I write for them as their "Master Motivator". I know weight loss. I lost 130 pounds and have kept it off for 10 years. If you want to know more, view my "I Lost it" segment from Discovery Health

To Melissa,
If you signed up, there is a Terms of Agreement that had you read it carefully, none of these charges would have been a surprise to you. It clearly states what will be charged, and the conditions if you cancel within the first quarter. It is not eDiets fault if you just skipped through the T.o.A.
ReplyI think ediets.com is a good idea for people who could use the guidance in diet and exercise.
I'm disappointed by the policies of e-diets.com. I joined yesterday (9/26/05) in order to see if this particular site would benefit me. However, today (9/27/05) I came to the conclusion that I would be better off keeping a paper journal and joining Weight Watchers.
The problem is that you cannot see in depth what the site has to offer until you join.
What I am most disappointed in is that ediets.com does not even have a TRIAL membership for those people, who in the span of ONE WEEK or LESS, decide they do not want to continue. It's distressing to know that they would not even consider pro-rating a single month's fees for those people that cancel in ONE week or LESS.
Hopefully in the future, this can be rectified for future people who decide, within ONE week or LESS, that they do NOT want to be a member. Maybe they should offer a trial membership or allow potential members to browse the full site.
I realize that there is a clause in the contract that a $25 cancellation fee will be charged (which I learned today after contacting customer service). Budgeting tells me that $25 is definitely less than $33, based on a required monthly charge for 3 months. However, I realize I've only been a member less than 24 hours and a refund for pro-rated fees (without being subject to the cancellation fee), would be better customer service than saying "screw you, we'll still take your money" terms of agreement or not. Any lawyer knows that those are subject to negotiation.
In the end, to be fair, I would recommend the site, but I would inform any of my friends and family exactly what their cancellation policy is and what they can expect to get... no hype.
ReplyBy the way, Melissa, or anyone that has had problems with ediets.com. I STRONGLY urge you to contact the Better Business Bureau in South Florida the URL: www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org.
You can do it online.
BBB has been given a different refund policy than the ediets.com ToA claims, which entitles a prorated refund. Funny how this has not made it onto any Blogs. If you know of any other blogs, SPREAD the WORD!
Why let anyone else get ripped off? They should have their BBB rating stripped if this is the case.
ReplyWe've reviewed both of these diets (ediets & weightloss 4idiots). Unless you're an idiot I wouldn't recommend the later and as for ediets I recommended reading the review provided by our expert at our website before you buy.
ReplyBeverly,
ReplyI need your help! Who should I contact to get a prorated refund?
I agree with Danielle- The sight does seem misleading on how it lays out its charges- And then charges the $25.00 for early cancellation. I saw that it would charge the 25.00 for early cancellation but it did not seem very obvious that I was going to be charged 31.88 per month. They don't even give you any sort of a receipt displaying what you have purchased before or after you have accepted and given your credit card information. It all seems a bit sneaky to me. How does one go about getting a prorated refund?

ReplyFound this site so far to be an expensive way to nothing. Sure do hope to find something beneficial from this endeavor
Really disappointed in e diets, signed up, realized I was into it for 79.95 so didn't cancel, but really didn't use it either (they say I logged on in August, so I DID use their service) Was charged for an additional year, got my bill today - 11/21/05 - showing a charge of 79.95 on 10/14/05. Called to say don't use service want to cancel...They claim I was never charged the 79.95 initially, they aren't going to charge me the 79.95 I should have paid initially but I can't cancel, or if I do, they won't credit my charge for the 79.95!!! Did you know that you have to notify them before your anniversary date, or you're automatically renewed and you can't cancel ---- and to quote them, "you're really getting a good deal, they cost has gone up". Really glad if the web site has been helpful to people, however, their billing people are rude, unhelpful and holier than thou!
ReplyMaggie
I just reviewed all the posts re: ediets.com and I am really glad I didn't just put my credit card information in..I was suspicious of all the advertising (most was not diet specific/related) and the fact that you don't even get a sample of what you will receive once you pay; this is too risky considering their steep cancellation fee w/in the first 3 months. I wanted to do Atkins again (I lost 78 pounds on it--got below my goal weight--in 2002 & am ready to do it again after having my second child) & found that going to amazon.com & ordering the new Atkins' books, journal & other support information will get me the start I need with good reference materials---all for under $10 with shipping! Too good to pass up & no hidden fees! Good luck!
ReplyHello! Thanks for mentioning SparkPeople as one alternative to eDiets. Here is "hot off the press" news about SparkPeople (I'm giving this site the scoop on this news).
SparkPeople is now a completely FREE site. No credit cards required, no catches. ALL of the programs now on our site are completely free. This will last indefinitely. I invite anyone thinking about paying for eDiets or any other online diet to also take a look at SparkPeople as one option.
How can we do this? The first company I co-founded was acquired by eBay (eBay's first acquisition) and I met my wife at eBay. A consistent fitness, nutrition, and goal setting program was a key to my personal and professional success.
So, I then set a goal to start another company that would help millions of people reach their goals using health and fitness as a springboard to success. After 4 years of helping thousands and thousands of people and some of the largest companies in the world, we have learned how to help people make a healthy lifestyle change.
Our goal in 2006 is to giveaway 1 million memberships to our site and help those people make a healthy lifestyle change. At our old price of $2/week (lower than most of the other premium sites) this works out to a $100 million giveaway.
Good luck to everyone on reaching your goals in 2006!

ReplyJust a word of advice for anyone thinking about ediets. I joined in August, and really didn't use it. I emailed them on January 1 requesting a cancellation of my membership, and still got charged in January. Got charged again in February. On March 1, I called their support number and got a message that I needed to send an email, to the same address my January email went to, if I wanted to cancel. I sent another email. I just checked, and got charged for March too. I finally got through to a person who pulled up my account and claimed they hadn't gotten any emails from me. She was nice enough to cancel my membership and credit my March bill back to my credit card. She had me forward my sent emails to yet another email, and said that after they received that email they'd credit me the other money due me. I'm not holding my breath on that one. I'm just glad they let me cancel over the phone.
ReplyWell.. I have the links for them for traffic, but I can't really say if it really works for people. My program is not made that way. I'm sorry you had such a hard time cancelling your membership. It makes me wonder if I should still have their links.
Replyhello.... can you help me please... can i have and 11-day diet plan on the idiot proof diet (or WL4I)... please... i am short on money... and i really want to lose weight... pls...
ember...
thanks
ReplyI did the free evaluation on eDiets using a mailbox never never before used to test for spam. Even if you opts not to subscribe to any of the news letters or leave any of the yes/no questions, blank, you will start receving quite a bit of spam in very short order. Glad I did this with a test email account.
ReplyGet this - eDiets' latest incentive to get a new crop of unsuspecting consumers plays out like this: As you make your way thru the sign-up process, just before you make that final decision to hand over your credit card info, a photo of the eDiets CEO appears and next to his photo is the following offer:
My Personal Guarantee..
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with eDiets, call 1-800-265-6170 to discontinue your membership. We will gladly refund the unused portion of your dues.

It's a lie. They will not refund your money. Isn't this called fraud? Why yes, it is!Does the state of Florida really permit such deceptive, fraudulent treatment of consumers? Apparently they do.
ReplyConsidering trying weightloss4idiots. However, after checking the few pages they allow you to see over and over again, I still can't find anything about a guarantee or refund policy if I'm not happy with the diet. There is no contact infomation anywhere, except for the snail mail address (with no name - address only). It's like making a purchase from a mystery person and I feel a little like an 'idiot' myself for making a purchase from a website that hides everything about the owner/seller, and doesn't mention a guarantee or refund -or at least states the purchase is final. No email, no phone, and absolutely no means of communicating on their web pages until after you 'submit payment for the diet. A little bizarre.
ReplyAppreciate any info on the diet, refund policy or if anyone knows how to contact the seller other than to give him/her access to your credit card and checking account.
Appreciate any info.
I wouldn't try the WeightLoss4Idiots diet plan. it is more like MoneyLoss4Idiots - i know, I paid for it!
Basically the diet will give you a list of things to eat - you have to tick boxes and tell them what you like,, they then compile a diet.
So a lunchtime eating plan may be (for me, a vegetarian)
soya chunks
1 pear
1 cup peas.
Wow! What a lovely meal!
I tired for a refund, i was just totally ignored.
DON'T DO IT!
ReplyHello, potential ediet customers. This site claims to personalize your diets-no samples to view! I am a very picky eater and cannot physically tolerate Atkins (low sugar problems and need carbs or get very ill)so ediet's menu choices were unacceptable! I was only able to find this out after signing up. In the sign up process I continually refused any extra options, even at the checkout they included options not asked for. I rejected and was still billed for them making my $11.96 for a month $27.88. I immediately called customer support to complain and after being on hold for 12 minutes I was greeted by an unfriendly voice that asked me to hold. Five minutes later the phone clicked and hung up. Furious I called back to hold for another 7 minutes and the same very rude customer service agent answered and I started the list of grievences and demanded that the extra charges be taken off. Then I asked to cancel, already having a 45 minute horrendous experience, but was told I would be charged the fee. I said "you mean I have to pay for this month", "yes" she rudely said. "It's $3.99 a week." "No", I said "there was a special offer for only $2.99 a week check my agreement." These people are scam artists! I found a message on this site to get to the Florida BBB and I am surely going to lodge a lengthy complaint!! The old adage "buyer beware" certainly applies to ediets!!!!!
ReplyHey there! I consider you lucky that you were on hold such a short period of time--I have tried repeatedly this week to get in touch with their "Member Services" department. On Monday, I had hold times of 15 and 25 minutes. I got fed up and called their sales department instead. Their sales person told me what must be a flat-out lie: that they cannot access my account information (how else can they even place an order?) but she was friendly enough and told me that she would process the cancellation of my membership. I told her I needed someone to follow up with me in email or via phone call, since they have all that. She said they would, sure, sure. No call, nothing. today I have called three times with hold times of 12, 17 and now (I am currently on hold) 35 minutes. There is no way that a company that intends to do right by its customers would keep a member on hold for 35 minutes.
Today I decided once again to try to contact the sales department to get something done. I had the joy of speaking with a little snot by the name of "Summer", not once, but twice. I think she is the only person working today. She was unfriendly in the extreme. The first time I called, I tried to get her to access my account, which she flat-out told me she would have to transfer me to do (great). When I told her of my dilemma she was unsympathetic. I asked to speak to a manager and she offered to transfer me to "his voicemail". I said, No, I don't want voicemail, I want a live person. She said that this was not possible, he was not available.
After my second really long wait time for "Member Services" I tried the sales department again: I got "Summer". Joy of joys.
Upon hearing her voice and name I tried a different tack: could she in fact access my account information? I pretended to be a new person interested in trying the program. I asked her questions about how it all works and where my information goes. She made it really clear that the system she uses to enter orders is the same system "Member Serviceless" uses to access a person's account. (By the way, I have currently been on hold with "Member Serviceless" for 25 minutes. I am convinced that nobody is even there.)
So, here's my opinion: eDiets lies. They don't care about you. They think we are suckers in a booming industry. Apparently (as far as I am concerned, anyway) they are right, because I bought it. BBB, here I come.
All I want to do is cancel my food orders or change the card they are charging. They don't seem to want to talk to me.
ReplyE-diets-----customer service is horrible. I signed up and had the service for one week. I know when I signed up it said if for any reason I was not satisfied I would be refunded. The customer service reps, and supervisors refused to issue any type of refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH COMPANYS SUCH AS E-DIETS WHO HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ReplyI just want to thank you all for you comments, i was about to sign up for ediets, i got to the credit card bit and it didn't even display the total or tell me more info and payments and charges (which i think should be displayed before i give out card details) so i typed in ediets review on google and came to your comments on this page, what an eye-opener, I'm so glad i didn't sign up, thanks for your warnings.
ReplyYikes.....I'm glad I read all this before I ever even entered the E-Diets website. Thank you all. I only have about 12-15 pounds I want to lose, and I think I can do it elsewhere.
ReplyCareful when you sign up because canceling your subscription is not easy. I signed up but changed my mind the next day. They said I could not have my money back because ther is a $25 cancelation fee. Of course that fee is not prominently advertised.
Don't sign up unless you are very sure...
ReplyI got stung by exactly the same thing.
All other websites give you some type of normal 3 step check out process, which goes something like this:
1. Enter your information, maybe create an account, or sign in with a previously created one
2. Fill in shipping and credit card details
3. Have a look at the final invoice that will be billed. A bottom line figure showing the products/services, shipping address and final cost.
The scam with eDiets is that they gain authorization on the 2nd step above (BEFORE they disclose the final cost) so when you click to proceed to what you might think is the final review and purchase page you have been stung!
Too late if you see the bottom line and say , nahh not for me.
Thats what happened to me. This type of practice is totally unethical, and probably illegal.
I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau.
I encourage you all to do so too
ReplyI was also going to join ediets before I read this. I already knew about the whole $25.00 cancellation fee (because I actually read the ToA), but I didn't know that they could be such dirty tricksters. So anyway, I saw "SparkGuy"'s message from back in December and headed over to sparkpeople.com. It was totally free and offers me all the benefits of ediets! I think the Diet-Blog really saved my butt this time!
Thanks.
ReplyWell, since all seem to have a problem with the different diets. If there any ONE diet that is a combination of cheap, and good? I am needing a good guide. I am a diabetic.
ReplyThanks
Well, I wish I had found this website before I subscribed to e-diets, because despite being a savvy online customer, I was snared by their deceptive and misleading subscription agreement. I just ended a chat with a "customer service representative". They agreed to refund me the $25.00 cancellation fee, but I don't trust them. I will be monitoring my American Express account very carefully and put in a dispute on any more charges should they appear. Thanks for the heads up, I just wish I had found out sooner!
ReplyThanks a million times over for the warning about ediets.com. I wanted to see if all the "hype" about ediets was true and found this website. I'll be travelling over to the SparkGuy's site just as soon as I finish this post. I only hope that more folks will follow their instincts, and check it out before signing on with ediets.com. Whey! That was close.
ReplyI was a member of ediets two years ago for about 6 months. I did lose weight (about 30 lbs) but wound up breaking my foot and couldn't get regular exercise so decided to cancel. Several months after I cancelled I discovered that I had been getting charged monthly and hadn't realized it (to make matters worse I hadn't made any other purchases on the credit card ediets was using (and thinking it was a zero balance each month I never checked my account online - since I was getting e-statements from my credit card company) - so I didn't find out about the charges until my credit card company called up asking why I hadn't been paying my bill for 3 months! - I called up Ediets to get them to fix the problem by refunding the charges (only way to clean up my credit rating by this point) and they of course claimed I had never canceled. Needless to say I got nowhere with the Ediets CSRs until I contacted the Florida Better Business Bureau. Once the BBB got involved EDiets changed their tune very quickly - so don't hesitate to go to the BBB.
Its too bad EDiets acts in such a predatory manner - I would have gone back after my foot healed but never again for me.
ReplyI am so sorry that so many people have had trouble with ediets. I have been on for 8 weeks, and have lost 17 pounds. I really like the menus, recipes, and shopping lists they provide, plus the chats and online meetings are helpful. I like the chat with the live nutritionists, so if I have a question about my meal for the day, I can get an immediate answer. I was looking into Weight Watchers, which is about $12 a week, so the $3 a week for eDiets is a bargain as far as I am concerned.
Each person needs to do what is best for them, but I find eDiets to be the right solution for me (I also knew about the cancellation fee, so I made the commitment to stick with it for at least three months). Don't mean to sound like a commercial, but since everyone seems to be so dissatisfied with them, I thought that I should bring my positive experience to light!
ReplyWhy don't any of you that have had a bad experience try Anne Collins. She only charges $20 for a full year. She never touches your credit card again so there are no recurring charges. If you choose to renew in a year (but what's the point if you haven't lost enough weight in a full year?) you have to give your credit card details again so she mustn't hold on to them. I think that she charges a $5 cancellation fee if you look for a refund but she claims that she rarely gets asked for a refund. It doesn't surprise me cos $20 is nothing for a whole year.
ReplyI'm surprised at all the negative comments about ediets. I have used ediets twice now, once to lose the first 30 pounds, and again to lose another 10 more this year. I never had a problem with customer service, and I didn't have a problem canceling the first time. Ediets has worked very well for me. I find the ability to choose my menus a wonderful option to something like WL4I that is not sustainable long term. Mostly ediets teaches you to eat well--that means very little junk food--and to recognize what a realistic portion looks like. This diet plan requires the user to make lifestyle changes, but the work is worth it. My mom has done weight watchers over and over and lost the same 20 pounds repeatedly. I have maintained my initial weight loss for three years. The second 10 pounds was by request of my doctor. I also feel great. I don't have food cravings for sugar and junk, and I have a lot of energy. It's sad that many of you have had problems, but I couldn't have lost weight without ediets. With it, I didn't have to worry about what to fix, I have my meals all planned and just post the day's menu on the fridge.
ReplyWARNING!!! If you try to cancel your subscription make sure you get your email verification, the person's name that you are talking to and their employee number and KEEP THIS RECORD FOREVER. And make sure your credit card statement reflects this cancelation. We have been seriously burned by ediets. It has been an ongoing battle for over a year to get them to stop the auto payment deduction. Each time we call to complain they tell us they never got a call from anyone "if you called we would have a noted it on your account" We are finally working through out credit card company to close out this account. It is a mess. DON'T USE EDIETS!!!
ReplyI have found something that is really working for me, but it takes a bit of studying. It's free and it's called www.fitday.com
Try entering in everything you eat, your activities and lifestyle for about a week to a week and a half. Once you do that you'll have a bunch of charts and graphs to look at. These will tell you what you've burned and what you've eaten. You can see at a glance if you're meeting your nutritional guidlines. The main investment you make is the time it takes to learn all the little sections and what they mean to your weight. It's hard to be honest, but if you can be really thorough and forthcoming with the data you put in it you'll know exactly how much you are overeating now. Honest knowledge is power in diet success.
Fitday helps you know how much weight you need to lose per week to reach your goal in the amount of time you set. I can't say enough good things about this program.
They advertise a $20 PC version that differs from the online version. There's a lot more data. I'm not ready for that yet. This free version has improved my dieting focus tremendously. One think I noticed that looked really fun was that you can enter who you eat food with and what you ate. After about a month you know exactly who you associate with that makes you give into temptation in full color charts and graphs. You can really stick to your guns with that kind of data.
So as far as any pay site, I'd have to say no. You can set your goals in Fitday to match any weight loss program by setting carb, calorie or fat goals for free. It will tell you how you're averaging in those goals.
I love that it tracks my activity. Just to let you know, I invested in a Sony PlayStation 2 and a metal Dance Dance Revolution pad. I have had knee surgery and carry a lot of excess weight but I have no problem playing this active game. It's giving me the activity I need to really make a difference in my weight loss. I'm losing like I could when I was in my teens and twenties.
Of all the plans and schemes I've seen online since 1999, the real winners are Fitday.com and Dance Dance Revolution. (I'm so not a video game fan but this thing is my way out of this weight trap I've been in and I love it!) I know it's been talked about here on this blog, but since DDR is promoted mostly online as a weightloss tool it's worth mentioning in this thread about online diet plans.
I hope this post was helpful.
ReplyFitDay is pretty good. If what I heard is true, one company is working on the barcode- based nutritional database. If that ever comes to life, it would really make a huge difference, because it would be so easy to track what you eat.
ReplyI read the contract, but EDiets broke it.
-I subsribed on July 8
-Asked for cancellation July 9th( found something better)
-Ediets asked for confirmation of the 25 dollar cancellation fee.
- I responded affirmitive the same day (a lesson I thought)
- Two months of subscriptions were charged before I noticed.
-Ediets said I had not responded to their confirmation email
-I sent them my copy of my response , and they charged me the 25.00 cancellation fee, but did not credit me the two months of incorrect charges
I am still fighting to get my money back. THEY broke the contact, don't give me the 'it's your fault you didn't read'. They broke it, and they are not to be trusted at all.
ReplyWow, I had no idea that the CS problems with ediets extended back to 2006 and beyond! I've been a member since 2004 - never really had any CS problems. But eDiets' site "upgrade" in January 2008 has really been a doozy of a fiasco! Right now, I'm billed an annual rate of $59 because that was a special deal a couple of years ago and I was able to continue at that rate. But right now I cannot access any account information. In fact, when I was billed in April of this year, the credit card on file with them had expired - and they were somehow able to charge my account anyway. WTH?
The website no longer has the wonderful expert input that drew me to it 4 years ago. All the experts, except one, have been let go. The support forum is an absolute mess. I hang in there because I belong to a challenge and I've made friends there, but frankly, if I had to pay more that $59/yr I would be so outathere! They are actually "upgrading" the community section - again - as I type. No access to the site for a day or two. They also neglected to bill some monthly customers for a few months back, and have billed them several times THIS month. These customers never got an email explaining this - but, guess what? I did. Oh, this site is still a mess, and I can't wait until tomorrow when the new forum will be revealed. Ha!
ReplyI was also sucked into E-diets only to be treated like crap from a supervisor there no less.
Not worth it.
As for WL4I - I have some friends that have been doing this for 5 months now. He is down 51 pounds, and she is down 10 (vegetarian with just about 10 pounds to lose...she got rid of that last stubborn 10 on it!) They have tweaked it, and have really incorporated it into their lifestyle. I say give it try.
