Free Fruit & Veg For Low-Income Earners
A new food initiative is being trialled in the UK. Parents on low-incomes will be given food vouchers to buy milk, fruit, and vegetables.
An excellent move - and a sad indictment on the state of the food industry. It's far cheaper to buy nutritionally-poor foods than it is to buy un-processed foods.

I think it is a brilliant idea
ReplyEven poor people need a balanced diet.
that is the way to do it. here in canada, we have a similar process where we give money vouchers to be used at farmer's markets. at least, we did...i don't know if we still do...
ReplyOkay I've skimmed through some of the messages and I really don't want to call yet. So can some one give me the lowdown. How much did it cost and does anyone know if they met the quota yet. I read one earlier about how many people acutely get paid.
ReplyHi everyone, I recently purchased the "onedaydiet" wafers and sun crystals. I was guaranteed live support and email support. But of course no one will answer me. I don't know how much fruit, what kind of fruit, or when to eat the fruit, to loose the weight. If anyone could answer this for me, I would be most greatful.....Thanks,....Norma
