Makers of Fen-Phen Still Feeling The Pain

Wyeth on Monday reported a quarterly loss due to a $4.5 billion charge for its recalled "fen-phen" diet drugs and warned of disappointing profit for 2005, sending its shares down more than 7 percent.
Wyeth recalled to dangerous weight loss drug from the market in 1997, and total charges have now reached $21 billion. Will it ever be appropriate to place your faith in a weight loss drug? There are no easy answers.
