Losing Fat: Not Just A Diet Plan
The NY Daily News has been running a piece on the Personality Type Diet by Dr Robert Kushner.
Originally a book - but now a website - the diet focuses on the reasons why we eat. The huge on-line assessment will determine the personality of your eating habits - giving you names like "FRUITLESS FEASTER" or "HEARTY PORTIONER".
I've had the opportunity to have a good look through the Personality Type Diet - and it is good. However the monthly subscription seems a bit pricey (although it is drastically reduced for an annual subscription).
They are addressing a real need out there. There are loads of diet plans out there that will help us to lose/maintain weight. However if we can't change the reasons why we're eating - all the diet plans in the world can't help us.
