New Years Resolutions: Here We Go Again

Jeremy Likness, author of Lose Fat, Not Faith - reports that (out of all those who made a new years resolution)

...55 percent promised to eat healthier, 50 percent resolved to
exercise more, and 38 percent wanted to lose weight.

It is estimated that only 20% manage to keep the resolution.

I think sometimes we need to set achievable goals. It's great to think big, but if you can't achieve your goal, you feel worse than you did in the first place.

Best wishes to those of us who have resolved to clean up their diet next year! - Jim (Diet Blog)

Yes, you need to set resanable goals and be reasonable about what it takes to achieve them. A new years resolution is a fine start. A new years attitude to match will go along way to achieveing it. I blog about dieting goals and attitude here:
