Wine and Chocolate Diet

Australian researchers have come up with a diet that they believe will cut heart disease.

The diet comprising wine, fish, dark chocolate, fruit, vegetables, almonds and garlic, would also increase life expectancy by more than six years in men and five years in women.

The inclusion of wine and dark chocolate (note DARK - not milk chocolate) is sure to get some people excited.

Incredibly, browsing through a bookstore today, I noticed a new diet book all about "The wine and chocolate diet". They don't waste time? I'm sure it'll sell. How you can write a book on a small insight about a few foods is creative marketing at it's finest.

Hi Helen,
I'll be honest, I don't like to recommend or suggest that a diet pill is the best way to weight loss. Proper dieting and exercise are the best ways that I've found to get and keep the weight off. I remain leery of any diet pills and their long term affects. Just my 2 cents.
