Diet Divas Defunct?

It appears that the web-based diet program Diet Divas has disappeared from the world. Over the last few weeks the site has no longer been accessible, and people have been receiving no replies to emails, nor goods purchased.

Diet Divas have courted their fair share of controversy - with reports like this appearing round the web from time to time.

If you've paid for something but haven't received it - try going to your credit card company.

UPDATE: It's a complete mystery as to what happened to Diet Divas. There has no been no message posted on the website - which in fact returns a server error. The Diet Divas website was being updated right up until Dec 25 2004 - then it's as if someone pulled the plug out of the wall. They've left a string of unhappy customers and unfulfilled orders. There appears to have been no file for bankruptcy.

The only apparent recourse has been to complain to the Florida Attorney-General.
