Diet Patches
Diet Patches are never far from controversy. While transdermal patches are used by the medical industry, some manufacturers of weight loss patches seem content to make wild claims about their products.
One company - Diet Patch Inc., is facing a lawsuit after claiming you can lose 30 pounds in 30 days. If only.
The reality of most diet patches is that they probably only assist with appetite suppression - which certainly may be helpful for some.

i have high cholesterol, triglyceride are very high am on medication for both, saw dr don rosedale diet on the news. would like to know if that would be good for me to try. am 7olbs over weight. would like to get reply-thank u
ReplyPersonally I think the Rosedale diet is too extreme - despite having many benefits to some people. What you are looking for is a 'heart healthy' diet. Cutting down on saturated fats and sugars (e.g. pastries, white bread, etc). Getting the right sort of fats - fish oils, nuts, flax oil. And working yourself into a fairly committed exercise program.
ReplyDiet patches can help you if you are commited to losing weight. They help stop the hunger pains you have when you diet (especially at night as this is where most diets fail). The bladderwack helps to activate the thyroid. However if you eat 200g of fat per day you are still going to gain weight. They are a good tool but far from a miracle as dietpatch inc claimed.
Replyim 12 and 5'3 and im 140 pounds am i fat i think i am tell me how to lose weight fast i want to be skinny for my pool party please help me!!
ReplyI have never been a big fan of diet patches but I believe the lawsuit is really dumb. If you think you can put something on your body and it will automatically burn enough calories to lose weight, than you skip learning the truth on how weight loss really is. It seems that you can take anything to court in todays society and it has gone to far.
