Low Carb Craze or Crash?

You could almost feel sorry for the food manufacturers. Almost. Low-carb became popular so the food merchants fell over themselves concocting low-carb foods in the lab.

Unfortunately the fickle public has appeared to go off low-carb just as quickly. American-Italian Pasta is feeling the pain, and has ended up laying off workers.

Anyone else confused by all the dietary recommentations out there?
