Atkins is a fine short term diet, and will give you good results if you stay on it, but healthy eating and weight loss come from a permenantly good eating diet.
ReplyI have a different opinion. I think it is a systematic diet plan that help us to control our daily carbohydrate intake in stages. As we know high carb can lead to a lot of health problem.
