As one who has been on the low carb and high protein
Replyway of eating plan I highly recomend it as long as you
choose healthy foods. I lost a tremendous amount of
weight and I Am at the weight I want to be and I have
been that way for over ten years.
Rose ann I am curious to know which low carb diet you've been on. I just tried the south beach diet for only four days (the first 2 weeks no carbs allowed) and let me tell you I was not feeling good. I felt very dazed and spacey and I had no energy at all. I really only wanted to lose about 8 pounds, but I just could'nt stand not eating any carbs at all. Any Advice?
ReplyIt's not that you CAN'T lose weight on a fast food diet, it's just that anything that's been so uber-processed can't be good for you. Calories aren't everything. What-ever happened to food quality?
