I joined curves. It surely helped me loose part of the 20 pounds I recently lost. But I had to quit going when I lost my job. So, I am running instead. But I sure miss the company. It was nice to work out with only women. And I heard so much gossip it really helped get my heart rate up!

I sure wish I had one closer to me. I think the closest is like 15-20 minutes of all street driving. I think it would make it easy to talk myself out of going.
