ReplyThe Perfect Fit Diet sounds an awful lot like the Personal Diet which was developed and offered by a dietitian at A-PersonalDietitian.com (Carolyn Classick,MS,RD website) 6 or more years ago - prior to the introduction to Perfect Fit Diet as far as I know. I guess smart people just think alike.
