Study: Morning exercise can make sleep easier

cnn.com: Older women who often have trouble sleeping may want to consider a little workout in the morning for a better rest at night, according to new research.

The women didn't need much morning activity to get the benefit. "It's like doing a brisk walk," said researcher Anne McTiernan. "Nobody is saying people have to be athletes and do marathons."

Thanks for this tip as I have had trouble sleeping for the past year and could never figure out why. I'll give exercising in the morning a try to see if anything changes.
