I have lost 12lbs just by cutting the junk, I still nibble here and there but not by handfulls. I never realize the things we eat on a daily basis. I execise everyday at least walk. I try to eat with portion control and eat more fruits and vegetable. I don't nessarily like eating healthy but I know I need to change my way of thinking about food. I have to tell myself that I need food to live and not live for food. It took me two weeks to lose 12 lbs. I really never thought I get started and I know this has to be a life change that I can not go back to the way I was eating because it won't work. I hope this helps. MIchele
