I would like to see if you have a two week menu that oprah does just to get the just of this. List breakfasts-lunchs - dinners- snacks and a schedule on how dhe eats. She looks great!

As much as I'm against breaking down foods and analysing them, a calorie is never the same as a calorie from a different food because different types of foods, along with their additives get metabolised (used, stored etc) differently. So even if it's the same amount going in, there could very well be a difference as far as your body is concerned.
