my dad uses the Atkins diet and he had to give up a lot of food because of carbs is there a better diet that he can use so he can sitll take in some carbs??? please email me back. thanks, cody.

i am on atkins and i lost inches in just a week and 8 lbs weight loss! i dont think its just ALL water weight cuz man, my body just looks better! my abdominal fats are gone too. atkins rock.

Wow..diets do not work for me..i think that i'm goign to go anorexic..i'm going to try one of the ones on thsi site..and if it makes me gain..i'm going to sew!

Atkins worked for me. I lost 14 pounds and reincorrporated them, and it's been a year and I have not gained it back at all! You can't just go from one extreme to another, you have to slowly reintroduce them. Including cardio and ab workouts help keep it off. Always stay away from sugary sodas.

The best diet plan, is to add more fibers in your diet, cut down sugars, drink plenty of water trust me, i lost forty two pounds in 5 months the healthy way, The healthy way is the best way, Also Cardio helps shed away pounds quickly, the key to losing much weight is sweating, so while working out you should wear a hoody or sweater to warm up the body so that you can excrete sweat much easier, if you want your arms to be toned and muscular do pushups, test your self, first do as many pushups as you can try to add one more pushup each day, and last... if you want to have a little fun losing the weight add a partner along and see who can lose the most weight at the end of a month, make it competitive, cause competition is always fun ;)

man all ya should just go play soceer and ball niggaz up. That sure helps me burn away calories 4 sure . and dont eat after 7pm and work out at night. also drink a lot of water and no sodaz only water tea sports drinks juices etc. eat a lot of vegetables . its not so hard to keep doing this routine once you get used to it. the best feeling is wen you know you excersized and you have eaten decent that day. when all done with yore day take a hot shower and man thats a good way to relax youre body and know and feel proud of youre self to and keep doing such routine....

I always though diets didnt work for me, but i started taking for a snackcelery and carrots, or broccoli with a little bit of ranch, and fruit instead of chips and twinkies then when i got home i would work out 3-4 times a week. I lost 40 pounds in 6 months. I have gained about 15 of it back because i was in an accident but plan on restarting my program as soon as i am well again. It made me feel better as a person to know that i was taking care of my body. It just takes a little effort
