Online National Nutrient Database
The United States Department of Agriculture announced today that they released a free downloadable version of the National Nutrient Database for Windows PCs and Palm OS PDA's.
The database is also available online, and makes it easy to lookup the nutrient information of your food. Here, for example, is the report on low fat cream cheese.
