Court Upholds Time Limit for Surgery Claims

The Arkansas state Court of Appeals has upheld a state law that imposed a two year statute of limitations on claiming damages from complications stemming from gastric bypass surgery.

I'd think that you could have complications from gastric bypass well after the two year deadline. Then who do you sue if something breaks?
