Yeah they can just drink 3 serving of "skim milk" and lose weight. It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you go below the daily recommended value per day. So even if they consume 3 serving of milk and reduce other high fats products food it would be find. JUST COUNT CALORIES. EAT anything and ENJOY!! :)
