It's not really a mobility scooter: it's the Ringbo Riding Robot.
Demonstrated at the Koreannovation show in New York last week.
The riding robot is aimed it 2-3 year olds. It takes 6-8 hours to charge and then runs for 1 hour.
Just what our kids need to avoid that terribly old-fashioned practice of walking.

I'm all for incidental exercise - but sometimes we are clutching at straws. Researchers have given kids heavier toys to play with - and measured their heart rates and calories burned.
Perhaps we can add a new entry into all those calories burned tables: "Playing with blocks - 5 Calories".

Barbie Rage
No other toy or brand name provokes such a response. According to research undertaken by the University of Bath - Barbie dolls are the most hated of toys. Scalping, decapitation, burning, breaking and even microwaving - such is the fate of most Barbie dolls.
