Next time you're out and about, think twice before grabbing that big cooling frappuchino to go - it may have more calories than your dinner.
The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) found that most iced coffees contain at least 200 calories - with several over 400 calories.
The worst? A venti (large) Dark Berry Mocha Frappuchino from Starbucks: 561 calories.

Starbucks Lite, Anyone?
Starbucks lattes will be going on a diet beginning in ’08. The “skinny latte” will be fat-free and made with sugar-free syrup. A 12oz (tall) will register only 90 calories compared to 260 in a comparable white chocolate mocha - non-fat (no whip).

Starbucks Latte Abuse: Enough Already
First there was espresso - a rich dark caffeine fix full of anti-oxidants - 1 fluid ounce (30mls) and 5 calories. Then comes the latte - add lots of milk to that espresso. And then.... comes that worldwide favorite Starbucks. Starbucks have created more coffee abominations than you can throw a stick at. Starbucks Guilt

According to this article in the Seattle Times: One piece of coffee crumb cake and a Frappuccino with whipped cream at Starbucks (1,180 calories total) adds up to more than a Big Mac, medium fries and a soda (1,060 calories).
